We purchased this product knowing that brother do make good reliable products and at good price. ..we have different brother printer products at home and have been working great no issues so far....we bought this product for new college going students. ..

I was tired of constantly buying ink cartridges for my old inkjet printer. Even though I don't do much printing it seems the cartridges didn't last. I believe they dried out (maybe lack of use?). So far the new Brother printer is excellent. It copies, prints and scans much faster than an ink jet. Still using the toner that came with it, so can't comment on how long it will last.

This printer is fantastic! I was spending ridiculous quantities of money on inkjet cartridges and decided enough was enough. I decided to invest in a laser printer and after reading reviews, decided on this guy. It's been fantastic! I've printed several hundred pages already, haven't had one problem with the print quality, speed or toner volumes (knock on wood). I'm definitely happy with my purchase!

I got this printer to replace an old Epson inkjet. I didn't need color, and spending 20 minutes cleaning the heads every time I used it was tedious. This printer does so much more than my old one. It scans and copies, prints full-duplex, prints over WiFi. I got it on sale, and I am very happy to have it.

I got this to be a second printer. I have a very expensive printer with colored ink. I use it for photos and very important stuff. To save money I use this for the everyday stuff. It's a toner so it will last forever before I need to replace the cartridge. It does such a good job I don't even use the color printer anymore unless I'm printing a picture. It will save me a ton of money.

Perfect option if you are constantly buying $60+ bucks for ink when you only print a few times a month. This printer uses timer so it doesn't run out and you get over 2,000 prints regardless if you use it within 2 months or 2 years, toner is powder so it doesn't dry unlike ink printers ... it only prints black and white which is perfect for me and be wifi is definitely a plus

I use this printer, and the older model in all our stores, quick printing, and they Hold up vary well, highly recommend.

Perfect wireless set up out of the box with iPhone printing. No complaints at all. Its feels much better that I can print without thinking about buying ink every time.

So fast! Like that you can print 2 sided as well. Very easy set up. Love being able to print from phone, ipad as well as computer.

For the price I paid to get a good quality printer is worth it. If you want to print in color this printer is not for you because it’s only black and white. However, if you write a lot of papers this printer is fantastic. It prints quickly and effciently. It will scan to your computer with no issues. It is great for doing misc. paper work and school assignments.

If you don't need to print in color and you don't want to spend a lot of money, this printer is for you. Easy to set up to print and scan wirelessly, it produces great black and white copies. And no more spending a lot of money for ink cartridges because it's laser. Inexpensive to buy and inexpensive to operate. I'm happy I broke away from inkjet printers.

Color print and faxing not a necessity for you, or color cartridges to expensive? Then the HL-L2380DW is for you! It was easy to set up and the quality of the laser printer is very good. The screen is small but adequate. I like the double sided printing feature as well as the built in wireless networking feature. Check on sales price for a great deal.
