I got sick of constantly replacing inkjet cartridges and this printer was an inexpensive way to get into a laser printer. Easy setup including wireless printing. Good life out of the original toner cartridge. Replacement cartridge should print 1200 pages.

I HAVE PURCHASED 3 BROTHER PRINTERS WITH THIS ONE. AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEM. NONE AT ALL. THE PRINT QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE LONGEVITY OF THE INK DRUM IS GREAT. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND I ALWAYS RECOMMEND BROTHER PRINTERS TO MY FRIENDS.

This is an exelent product and even more for the price of it, you get everything you need in a not so big case and its so easy to connect to the wifi and it works perfectly with the iphones and tablets, and to find the drivers you can just go online and be done in like 5 minutes.

I was tired of so many color toner cartridges being wasted in my previous color printer when most items being printed were black and white. This printer is great toner cost-wise since it has been almost 3 months and no replacement for the toner cartridge yet. Yippie!

I bought this printer as a gift to my parish. Rather than trying to resurrect an inkjet printer that hasn't been used for some time, I decided laser would serve the parish better in the long run. I have 2 Brother laser printers at home & have had no problems with them.

We erred and did not look for a larger printout tray. Four times a year we run off 1,000 copies. But for all of our other work this is great - and - Best Buy reduced the price we expected to pay - on the spot - because there was an on-line sale listed. A great unexpected bonus!

This product was purchased to replace my color inkjet printer. I was looking for a printer that would work for home use and not waste ink or ink dry out. The Brother works beautifully for my printing needs at home. It was easy to install. Great option at this price point.

I am very satisfied with that .because it is fast able leaser, secondly low cost , third refill cost low, finally it is all in one. I would recommend this to all . Before i was used ink jet or office jet. but problem is ink cartage expensive by compare, and ink dry .Thats why i like low cost leaser jet. and i am happy with Brother - HL-L2380DW Wireless Black-and-White 3-in-1 Laser Printer.

Very economical. Printed many pages and the initial included toner has not run out.

A great option if you do not want to deal with the cost issues associated with color printing.

My kids don't think this is a very good printer: 'Too dark.' 'Not enough color.' But I think it's a quality B&W paper printer. Fast, print from web and cloud so easy (I print on the road, all are ready when I arrive home), and great on toner life.

This is a printer, copier and scanner all in one, so the multiple functions on one machine come in handy. Printer is easy to set up and use and delivers high quality prints and copies. My only complaint is that we use it at our business to print price tag labels, and the labels frequently get stuck in the printer even when we adjust to the thick paper setting.

I've been using my new printer/scanner (using a wired option instead of a wireless connection) for a few weeks now, and just needed to replace the toner. Although the instructions for buying exactly what I needed were a little confusing (they seemed to require me to buy something I didn't need at the time), once I located the toner I needed at Best Buy, one of the associates demonstrated (by using a floor model of a printer like mine) how to easily replace the toner unit. However, I still have not been able to locate an estimated number of copies that each the two correct versions of the replacement toner unit actually print out, even though the instructions that came with the printer states that the pre-installed starter cartridge will only print 700 copies. To summarize, after finally gathering all of the needed data, both the printer (with the replaced toner) and scanner work well so far.

had a doubt about the strength of the printer before wanting to spend such an amount for it. but it has not fail to perform to my highest expectation. great printer
