I only had this a short time but it seems to be working well.

This is a great printer. I replaced an ink jet printer with this laser printer and I could not be happier. It only prints in black and white, but that is all I really need and don't keep having to buy ink cartridges that dry up.

I think it's the best product and I would let people know to buy this .

This printer prints fast with clear printing results. Using it in lieu of an ink jet printer save tremendously on ink costs. Brother offers a mobile application that allows printing on this printer from nearly any mobile device.

Purchased my first laser printer after years of using inkjet printers. Great print quality. Can print duplex (both sides of paper). Only issue that bothers me is when the printer warms up before printing it draws a lot of current and will actually kick on my UPS on my computers. The UPS doesn't stay on battery power it's just for a second. The laser printer is not connected to any of the UPS. I even changed to a different electrical outlet, and still had the issue. There is nothing wrong with the printer, it's with all laser printers, they draw a lot of current right before printing. I didn't know this until after I had this issue. Something you might want to keep in mind when thinking about a laser printer.

Using for small business & I love how fast it prints. Quality is good. There are no fancy bells and whistles but if you want something strictly to print or copy, it works just fine. Only thing I wish it had that I didn't take into consideration when I bought it is a document feeder so you can only copy one page at a time.

I wanted to purchase a black and white printer for occasional printing only. The employee told me that this printer has a cylinder, so even if I do not print often, the ink will not dry out. It works great. I am very happy with it.

My client's inkjet printer was crapping and I Choose this unit. Very easy to setup and get running. Direct usb connection to iMac. Best Buy offered this unit on sale and my client was happy with the features and price.

Fantastic printer for it's type. Huge, works great, low cost copies if you don't mind no color copies which is all I need for documents and my part time consulting work. So far the cartridges are lasting forever.

still needed some help getting it all connected toward end

I am a student who prints a lot of papers for school. Ink is so expensive and it can dry out when you don't use it after a while. This printer is fantastic. It was easy to set up, prints fast, and the toner goes a long way!

It was a little confusing getting started but it is perfect for my needs.

Good features, value for the price. Needed ethernet connection in addition to wireless and USB. Network connection worked flawlessly.

It wasn't practical for me to keep buying colored ink when I only use black, then I would have to buy black and whatever color I was out of. So I decided to get a printer that prints only black. Great price for this product.
