I have 2 other basic Brother laser printers and they have been reliable, so when I needed an AirPrint compatible to work with tablets, I looked for a Brother model. This one is working fine thus far, and prints with iPads.

I love this printer. I have never had any problems with connection and using the wifi. It always works and customer service is wonderful.

everything is fine,but just sometime was not easy to find device from iPhone by wifi,maybe you need to restart the printer,I do not like to connect it from laptop beacuse of it required you to download its software.

All is good still working thru how to scan and save a doc to network device. Just haven't spent to much time yet and it wasn't straight forward the first time. I assume that you need software on each device. Good printer.

I was tired of buying color cartridges to print in black and white. This prints 2 sided, copies and scans much faster than my color printer.

Was looking for a second printer to use, I wanted one just for black ink printing and was economical to use as well, the sales associate was very helpful and recommended this, it works great for what I need it for.

Best value and reliable. I can send my wireless messages from any place in my home and have my wireless "Brother machine" print it perfectly.

This printer is everything I expected from a Brother printer. I was tired of wasting lot of money on expensive color cartridges without printing a single color page. This printer will save me ton of dollars.

This printer is perfect for a home office, which what I'm using it for. Would recommend this to others that are looking at this model.

Love this laser printer- since I don't use a printer very much- I don't have to worry about the print cartridges drying out.

Best printer we ever had, works well, no replacing cartridges all the time. Black and White of course, but we don't miss color

So much quicker than my Ink Jet Printer. Was also easier to set up the wireless feature. Still haven't figured out the Ink Jet Printer.

I saw this is a great reliable printer so far, however I've only had it for a few months, the true test is to have a printer for several years. I will update if anything changes! So far a good printer!

We have started to replace many of our HP printers w/ Brother printers. The cost of operation seems to be much cheaper.

The one thing you can count on is that Brother offers lifetime support for their equipment. That is a plus! Love the new monochrome laser printer, but there seems to be issues "waking up" Brother printers when using them wirelessly. When the printer sits idle overnight it does not easily "wake up" to print. You have to manually shut the printer off and then turn it back on before the printer recognizes the wireless signal from the computer/router. I have the same issue with my older Brother laser printer. I love that you can print in black and white...toner is much more economical!

This is a great printer will save tons of money on ink. The scanning is confusing but everything else works great.

No competition exists for this product and other Brother products! (consider length of service and ink cartridge economics)

Nice solid printer for the price. Mobile connection is working fine for me, I found the setup fairly straightforward.

We needed a printer that could sit unused for extended periods and still be ready when needed. This one meets the need.

I have several brother printers at work that's what made ma buy this one, very practical system Wi-Fi, works great.
