This stupid thing insists that I am out of toner.

Then , it goes off line and it just makes no sense. I've watched the You tube videos about it. My husband who is a computer person can't fix it either. If I can't get it fixed, I'm going to bring it back.

Not a good as hoped

Though the complaint I do have is that the printer seems to need a lot of prodding to get it to print wirelessly- turning off/on or computer off/on. Time consuming processs
