I purchased this printer to go along with my new desktop. The printer is wireless or wired. I purchased the cable to hook it up wired but the computer will not recognize the printer. Very frustrated right now. Don’t really want to make another trip to the geek squad. Probably my ignorance.

Prints fine, the front port for different paper is very nice. But, the black on grey information stream on the printer is hard to read and the instructions aren't very clear.

Excellent Printer for the value, quick and efficient operation

My product, a HL-2640 Brother printer, has been an excellent printer. The Brother website was a little confusing while locating the driver, but the tech support from the folks at Best Buy was great and solved the problem. Altogether, everything was accomplished very well. I am enjoying the usage of the printer. Thank you very much.
