good printer if you only want BW and no copier.

I got tired of paying huge amounts for replacing ink cartridges in my old hp all-in-one. The copier/scanner on the old printer had stopped working awhile ago, so I already had a scanner and didn't need another AIO. Decided I don't print color often enough to matter, so decided to go with this printer. so far it's good.

I bought this to replace my 20 year old Brother printer that wasn’t wireless. That is the only reason. Nothing else is wrong with my old Brother printer. They are the same except for the wireless printer function. Excellent brand that I trust. Would highly recommend.

I gave the prior version. But when I got this one home…. The prior one started working again… and I didn’t need the new one. I returned it… since I paid by credit card I am supposed to have seen the credit in my account.. haven’t seen it arrive… 2 weeks really?

I like it. Want to give it a 5-star rating but it doesn't connect to wifi immediately which is a little frustrating. Have to unplug and replug the router every time I need a copy, which isn't often.

VERY disappointed in the software. Replaced my old Brother printer for a newer one with better LAN interface for mobile WIFI and LAN use. Very hard to hold the connections and know if the printer will print. Customer service is impossible Wait and wait for a chat connection. Another good company down the tubes,

Decent enough printer. Can get around scans using a scanning app and printing from phone. Do not download Brother's ridiculous software and/or app...They are unnecessary to use this printer...

I had significant difficulty connecting to my wifi. Suggest having printer very close to your wifi source when setting up. Otherwise it has functioned well

Easy to set up with a wi-fi connection, works as advertised. I like that it has a smaller footprint than many printers.
