good printer if you only want BW and no copier.

The copier/scanner on the old printer had stopped working awhile ago, so I already had a scanner and didn't need another AIO. Decided I don't print color often enough to matter, so decided to go with this printer. so far it's good.

That is the only reason. Nothing else is wrong with my old Brother printer. They are the same except for the wireless printer function. Excellent brand that I trust. Would highly recommend.

The prior one started working again… and I didn’t need the new one. I returned it… since I paid by credit card I am supposed to have seen the credit in my account.. haven’t seen it arrive… 2 weeks really?

Want to give it a 5-star rating but it doesn't connect to wifi immediately which is a little frustrating. Have to unplug and replug the router every time I need a copy, which isn't often.

Replaced my old Brother printer for a newer one with better LAN interface for mobile WIFI and LAN use. Very hard to hold the connections and know if the printer will print. Customer service is impossible Wait and wait for a chat connection. Another good company down the tubes,
