A good fit for basic printing
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Thick tray allows large amounts of paper Ink cartridges load from the front making access simple Support for Airplay Brother Refresh program has no monthly fee Cons: The setup process on macOS needs a redesign. the QR code attached to the printer points to an outdated file that is not compatible with the latest macOS version making what should have been a simple process a pain to complete.

I spoke to 3 support associates from Brother and their “specialist”told me my new MacBook Pro was corrupted and that is why it wouldn’t connect! I wouldn’t recommend Brother printers to anyone! Support was terrible. I took it back and purchased a Cannon printer and it connected in minutes.
