I am impressed by how easy it was to connect and get running, but a little disappointed by the color and clarity of the prints. No true colors, but it is fine for most office work.

This printer worked very good until I tried to use the duplex to do a two sided copy. It jammed every time. Loved the printer but need to be able to use the duplex. Had to return it.

Got this printer to replace a string of ink jet printers, and have been delighted with its performance! Toner cartridges are a bit pricey, but last a long time and do not dry out!!

This all in one printer is efficient. This is our office's go to printer of choice. The new style is great because it is smaller and not as heavy as previous versions.

Works like a charm, toners hold up very well, parts (toner, drum...) easily changed. Great scanner as well. Ended up purchasing 4 of these and all are still running perfectly!

I WAS A BIT INTIMIDATED BY THIS PRINTER, THINKING IT WAS TOO MUCH FOR MY SMALL HOME OFFICE. BUT FOR THE PRICE WE PAID, YOU COULDNT BEAT IT! FEEL I GOT A LOT OF EXTRAS WITH IT!

I owner an earlier Brother model and loved it. This is even better and has scanning capability, faxing that I don't use. Images are great.

It's nice looking. It works great for all 4 functions. Trouble free to this point of time. I get nice messages from Brother and they show genuine concern to providing support.

Awesome printer! Easy to use easy to set up! This is my second one in 10 years :) I sold the first one to a friend because I was moving offices and immediately just bought another one.

We have been through so many printers in the past few years wanted something that would hopefully last awhile and not need ink every month so far it’s been great!

I use a MAC , and always look for a great printer that has all the office functions and am very pleased with this printer.. SCAN, FAX , PRINT and of course COPY ...

The printer does everything in States and more best thing I've done for the home business in years I advise getting one to save you on your printing costs

Great scanning speed and quality. Printing quality is good but speed is a little wonky with slow first page out.

We use this for in-house color production does great but only issue we have is the printed pages are hard to remove from tray.

Great price and quality for home use. Wife is a teacher and CISD does not always have ink available in their printers so we bought one ourself.

I sold printers from Xerox for many years. For the consumer, this is a great product. Very user friendly!! I would highly recommend this printer!!!

Brother makes some great workplace printers for the price. Smaller than some Hps I have used and great prices on ink compared to competitors.

This Brother MFC 9240 CDW Printer is a reliable, efficient "workhorse". It's my second printer of this Brand/ Model to be used at a second office location.

I am pleased with the purchase, it does want is said it would do, I am pleased with the print clarity. The setup was easy and without any issues.
