This printer was the most difficult to set up i have ever bought. We bought the printer on advice from associate. The replacement ink cartridges will be almost as much as the printer itself. The upside is they will last according to him. I gave it a three because of those cons. The print quality seems okay.

I have managed 4 brother printers for about 5 years with no complaints. Upgrade to color was necessary so this was my top pick.

Does exactly what i wanted. I was tired of constantly buying ink cartridges. I figure this should last a year or more.....

Works perfectly fine with wireless router and my phone. Picture quality not the best but works for me. Im happy with that.

Treat it well and it will do the same to you. It has it faults but if you know what you are getting you will be fine.

The software is great. It installed quickly and easily. The printer works just like it is supposed to!

Replacing the same great copier. I was very satisfied with this product. I decide to buy the exact one.

So far works good. Much faster than my ink jet. Software for scanning is an adjustment from HP printers.

We have two of these, just bought a third for our office. Double sided faxing was the deal-sealer.

I work for a non profit and we were in need of a bigger machine. This was a great laser jet option!

Printer does most of what it says but we had some issues when printing multiple documents at one time. It was pausing between the documents and taking forever. Running a business out of the home and speed is a top priority so it had to go back to the store.

I have 4 of these now, and other than slightly high ink costs, they perform all functions flawlessly!

Color is not really what you would expect. But all in all not a bad machine.
