Fast and easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have gone through several inkjet printers in the past few years. It seems like they last for maybe 2 ink cartridge changes then they stop printing clear. I have tried a few different brands but always use the recommended ink and they still don’t print well. I am greatly impressed with this printer so far!

Overall a good printer, but not for my needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer for a specific purpose and it was not able to the job. It printed great on plain paper but when tasked with printing on bond (certificate) paper the ink would not dry properly. I had to return it.

Unimpressed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slow to start printing. Loud. Curls paper badly. Scanned sheets fall off of edge of printer after scanning. Black quality almost as good as my OfficeJet. Color quality is terrible. Purchased today, returning tomorrow.

Brother Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Brother MFO 9340 CDW All in One Printer is good value. When a problem arises, it gives clear directions for correction, and if trouble shooting is unable to solve, a phone call will get technical help.

Great All in One Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Brother MFC-9340CDW is an excellent allround printer, scanner, copier and fax machine, both wireless and LAN. I highly recommend it for small businesses and private use, as I do. This is the second Brother MFC-9340CDW I bought for my small flat abroad.

So far so good. Copy quality and speed are good.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a replacement for another Brother printer that had developed a roller issue. I upgraded to this model which has more features as well as being a laser printer while my previous printer was an inkjet. This printer works well so far and the copy quality is good.

GOOD PRINTER OVERALL
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer is as advertised. Easy to set up and connect as a wireless printer. Only complaint is the area to which the printed pages are deposited is small and not very accessible. Makes it difficult to grab the pages after they are printed.

Waste of Money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return it. I was never successful with 2 sided printing because there was always a paper jam, the wireless network NEVER stayed connected. I ended up using direct network cable connection. Laser Print quality was great and I could access my email folder from the printer when connected. Scanning.quality is great as well which could scan to email folder. Printing from phone was never done successfully. I wouldn't recommend for small business use

Thrilled
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am thrilled with this "all in one" as it operates seamlessly. I have had ink jet printers before and since this is for home use the toners would dry up from lack of use which is why I wanted laser. love double sided printing!

I absolutely hate this printer
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Brother - MFC-9340CDW Wireless Color All In One Printer's maddening paper handling shortcomings are the worst of any color laser that I've ever owned. And I've owned several. I cringe whenever I'm faced with needing to print an envelope, heavy paper, card stock, labels, etc. Basically, anything other than standard 20-28 lb paper. This thing complains and errors and makes me open this compartment or that compartment, pull this lever or that lever, and so on! Usually, I'm forced to power it off and start over. I've never had another color laser make me do all that and make me this miserable in the process. Twice I've had to pull all four toner carts to clear some imaginary paper jam. Speaking of toner carts, I only bought this Brother color laser because its replacement toner carts were about $60 each. Which I thought would be a nice break from HP's $120 color toner carts. When I received my first set of Brother OEM replacement toner carts I discovered they only offered approximately 1,400 printed pages which is about half the pages of replacement carts for HP color lasers! So no bargain there. The only reason I gave this Brother printer 2 stars instead of just 1 star is the minimum paper width of this printer is narrow enough to accommodate the width (i.e. height) of a standard personal check. All other brands I've owned won't go that narrow. Other than that one plus, I absolutely hate this printer and truly can't wait until it breaks down and I can go back to HPs.

Kind of slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually buy brother products because never had a problem with them. But this printer is kind of slow, takes long to receive info and if it a large amount of pages, it makes a pause between pages.

Great MFC, worth every penny!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This AIO Printer is awesome, has everything you need. This is my second Brother printer. Has a monochrome laser printer, which works great, so decided to buy another Brother product. Works well with Win and MAC OS.

Great Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The All-In-One features and the WiFi interface are both fast and efficient. Connectivity with mobile devices using the Brother App is easy to setup and use. High capacity toner cartridges give the best value in the cost per page.

Great printer for home and office
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer replaced an older one I had bought used that just wasn't keeping up anymore. It prints, scans, copies, and faxes in crystal clear color or black and white. It has so many functions, I will never use them all!

Not easy to set up with Apple
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.difficult to set up with my mac mini. Would not communicate wireless. Gave to my mother in law and went with an HP laser printer that works better with an apple environment.

ALL in one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy to say that Best Buy had this one on sale. Have used Brother Lasers at home and in my business, but this is my first color all-in-one. Simple to operate for my family, very flexible for extended uses.
