I had a lot of difficulty getting this printer to join and work with my network. Once I did, all functions worked fine. It printed well, the copy feature worked and the scanner worked well. All was good until I tried printing photos. Terrible! I jockeyed all of the settings, even tried to compensate with post processing all to no avail. If you don't mind substandard photo printing, you will probably be satisfied with this printer. I do mind and returned this printer in exchange for a Canon Pixma TS9020 and am over the moon with the improvement in the quality of it's photo printing. Just beautiful and it was simple to add to my network. Had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. Cost me a bit more but it was well worth the extra dollars. It also performs all other functions flawlessly.

Purchased for older customers who print photos and the occasional document. They were very satisfied. I get the occasional call on "How do I do X", but the controls are intuitive and easy to explain. The touch screen is a nice addition as well.

This printer works great for us. We use it for personal use only -- no business operations. It has always performed when needed. Our previous printer (same model) lasted about one year before the rollers gave out. We purchased a two-year warranty with this machine.

Purchased this printer for my home. Occasionally I do some work there plus I like to print some of my better photos. This printer works great for everything I purchased it for. Only problem I have had was that I was unable to wirelessly connect. That's most likely my fault. Not very tech savvy:(

After buying another brand that didn't work and returning same day I was looking for another brand that I had not owned in the past! So happy with this printer. Wifi connection was a breeze and works great with Apple and PC.

I purchased this MFC-J885DW because I owned a previous Brother MFC for 17 years before it finally gave up. But that was a LONG time! I am very impressed with Brother products. You won't go wrong! I would just recommend getting USB to hard wire connect to PC.

Got this on sale at bestbuy! As usual its a good buy, user friendly interface, easy setup, hidden paper tray and i like that you can connect via wifi.

Good product overall. I don't like the fact that the fax does not work with AT&T voIP (Miami) and hence I cannot use this feature. That's the reason for the four stars.

I have always bought HP printers in the past. I don't know why. But the never lasted that long and always ran out of ink. This printer was recommended by my tax person who only uses brother. I am happy I did

A bit slow but that could be because I am used to the business type printers at work. Love that it prints on both side of the paper automatically. No problems so far and with 3 children it gets plenty of use.

I am very happy with this printer. It does everything that it says it will do and the air print works great. I went from a competing brand to this and am more than pleased.

No, not that one, my printer, silly! I love my Brother inkjet printers and get a new one every few years. They keep making improvements so I pass the old one on to someone who can fall in love with it all over again.

had a apple tv 3 couldn't get Sling tv on it so I upgraded to 4 and it gives me what I need. It was easy to hookup and big plus and I am now going to purchase another one so cable can go away

This product needs to get great reviews so that your customers will know that this printer is great printer for your photos; they are sharp as well as for clear documents.

Great to have an air pad printer plus all in one features. I have been looking for one for quite some time and found this one to meet my needs.

I recently purchased this printer after moving into a new apartment. I haven't experienced any problems with it. I'd recommend it to anyone who has owned a Brother printer in the past.

I would love this all-in-one more than any other component except for one insanely annoying flaw: I have to reboot it every day to get it back on my network. I'm too busy to even call GS to have them figure out why. I sure hope it's just a driver. Everything else about it is great. Well, except for the fact that you can't fax from a file in color; only black and white. Hoping they update their utility to fix that cause it is not cool having to print a file to be able to fax it in color.
