GREAT Camera

A bit pricy tough, but you get what you paid for.

overall very nice

It worked great for portraits, and overall shots using the zoom lens that came with it. not as fast as the canon cropped frame cameras,,, 70D, etc, so action shots were a bit harder to get clear images, for capturing kids, or sports i would choose the cropped frame cameras from canon. I can tell a difference in clarity though. Portraits really pop. www.lightrapturephotos.com

Not for beginner

It does take excellent pictures but is not for everyone. The three rating is mainly for the price.

Amazing SLR

So grateful that I took the time to compare, it is an incredible camera. Very happy with the acquisition. If you want extremely high quality photos and ease of use, then purchase this camera.
