My first dslr. Experienced with 35mm film till this point. Auto Scene function has worked flawlessly for night photography capturing scenes beyond my expectation. Intuitive functions Av T etc that made transition from manual 35mm Leica and Pentax seamless. Lots learn but plenty of online resources that have allowed me to start learning the more advanced features easily. Over 700 shots taken in three weeks. Only one out of focus(a small deer running fast through a clearing about a 100 yards away, so most likely my error in not having learned about autofocus use under varying conditions. Other then that it has been a blast. Wife can easily use as well in the A+ mode. Glad I took the plunge!

I purchased this camera with high expectations and it clearly delivered what I was looking for. I highly recommend this for any filmmaker out there as a professional camera for films.

This is by far the best camera I have ever owned. It is also the most I have ever spent on a camera. It takes fabulous pictures in auto or manual mode. It will also take video.

After reading reviews and watching Youtube videos on the Canon 5D mark III and Canon 70 -200mm telephoto lens I was pretty sure I wanted to buy the camera and lens using the 18 month special financing offer form Best Buy. What made me "pull the trigger" on this buy was a very helpful sales representative named Dylan Charles Schlundt at the Pearland, TX branch. He walked me thru several features of the camera and showed me settings to use to get great pictures. I'm excitingly looking forward to the upcoming gymnastics season to see what I can do with my new favorite toys.

This camera is everything that I expected. Great for day time shooting and excellent for low light shooting . Recommend it to anyone who is interested in this camera.

You can't go wrong with this one. Was able to capture great photos at a gymnastics meet, under low light conditions.

Camera delivered as promised. Easy start up and run functions. A lot more depth to it that I haven't got into but it's pretty easy to run right out of the box.

The Mark III has been on my watch for awhile now! I upgraded from a Canon Rebel, so the quality change was quite drastic! Would 10/10 recommend.

Replaced our old Nikon and are so happy with this Canon. Takes a a little getting used to new controls and the weight of a full-body DSLR but well worth it.

Great upgrade from my Canon 70D. Little different at first still getting use to the location of things but would recommend it to everyone.

I just shot a very dimly lit wedding this past weekend and I had no problems getting high quality pictures in low lighting!
