Purchased online, picked at store via parking lot/curb. Really no complaints.

I was very disappointed with this camera. They advertised all the video aspects of it but when I did a shoot with it, everything looked way too soft. The video footage almost looked like it had a filter on it that softened the image. Color quality was just OK. Returned.

I didn't keep this, so that's why I gave it three stars as I sent it back and got the 80D, I didn't like some of the set up on the 90D and didn't use it to take photos.

Stop working after two years barley used. Tired turn the camera on, no response. Followed the trouble shooting, nothing in did would get it to turn on.

I bought the camera in February, and eight months later, the camera just burned.

Restocking fee! I didn’t use the product why are you have to keep restocking fee shame on you Best Buy

The lens is defective, hopefully it can be replaced.

Excellent camera, it is everything as advertised. Takes a slight learning curve if you are a beginner, but well worth the effort.

Canon 90D is overall a good camera. I believe most canons are great learning cameras.

This is my second cannon 90D . Happy with the picture quality and so much more to learn

This is by far my favorite camera. I’ve taken great family photos. High definition videos. And other recreational activities

I agree with other reviews..this camera and lens is not good for landscape photography..very disappointed. Also returned it in a few days because of the performance. was charged $240. Restock fee..and found out after if i exchanged instead of returned i would not be charged a fee..
