Fantastic entry lever camera body that is anything but entry level with regards to image quality. The new RF Ecosystem is bring Canon L quality lenses and glass to an affordable place in the market.

Image quality at this price point is pretty good, 24mp full frame is sweet. However, that price savings definitely shows within battery life and the live view finder. You can always buy more batteries, but the view finder can be a little “laggy” when photographing fast moving objects. If those are deal breakers, move to the r6!

CANON R8 is a beast of a camera! great for on the go shooting or and situation u may find urself snapping photos in! the photos n videos are super crisp thanks to that image sensor it shares w the r6. biggest con is the battery life but w a few setting changes it can almost double in life

The camera is gorgeous, everything is great for high-quality video and photography. What is missing is matrix stabilization, but for this money this is not a minus. Makes me happy with every photo. I recommend to all. There is no better camera for this budget yet.

I am loving my Canon R8 full frame camera. It has everything you need to get amazing images. It also has many advanced features brought over from the more expensive RS6 II, like focusing and the image sensor. Dynamic range on this camera is very good too. I have done weddings now, landscapes and macro work all of tham handled like a pro with this camera.

This is the beat camera I bought in a while. I like quality of the R8 and the way it’s setup for video and photo.

Great camera. Throw it on a gimbal and your lack of IBIS doesn’t matter anymore. Great price for a full-frame. Probably the best price for any FF on the market to be honest.

I had an old DSLR and this camera is light years better. Fast shutter speed and despite the bad reviews on battery life I found that the battery last quite some time.

The camera has been excellent picture quality. I like the new operative system; before I had a Canon M5 and the R8 definitely feels faster and gives me more options to configure it for the type of photography I need.

I chose this camera as my upgrade from the M50 Mark II. This thing is a beast. For the price point it’s hard to beat. No ibis and small battery aren’t a big deal to me. I love it.
