The feeder does not feed straight so copies come out crooked. Not satisfied with quality of copies. Cannot get in touch with Best Buy regarding this product.

No PCL, Not TWAIN compliant

It functions fine as long as all you need is a cheap multi-function for a small office. However, Canon lies with regard to TWAIN compatibility, it does not work using the drivers provided by Canon, nor does Canon offer drivers specific for TWAIN scanning. Additionally, Canon made the bone-headed decision to drop PCL print drivers entirely, only UFRII drivers. So, if your office uses software that requires either of these, buy something else.

Excellent Laser Printer for Heavy Home Office Use!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unbelievably easy to set up and get connected to Wi-Fi if you take a couple of minutes to watch the set up video on line. Printer works very well....easy to get quality aftermarket ink cartridges....this is our 2nd Canon in a row and I'm sure it won't be our last. Highly recommend!

Don't buy Canon printers.

This is the 2nd one our company purchased and the 2nd one that would not connect via a cable. Spent a lot of time with a Canon rep (who was very nice), going over hardware and software issues and installs and nothing worked. He offered me a refurbished printer which I thought was weird since we purchased a new printer. I connected my 15 year old brother in minutes and it worked fine, so the problem is with Canon's products.

Disappointing purchase

For the price, you would expect that wireless printing and automatic double-sided printing is possible, but unfortunately this printer puts you back in the early 2010s when everything was wired and slower. Do NOT get this and get something cheaper that will do more and save you time and hassle.

Worse laser printer ever made

This printer is absolutely horrible After 15 days it had to be replace with another because a simple paper jam cause this printer to basically implode. Not on my 2nd printer and on day 20 with about 10 pages printed daily and Im getting and error message stating "counterfeit cartridge" I called canon tech support and they said I need to buy another cartridge for 79.99 + shipping! No thanks ill rather put that 80 bucks towards a decent printer that doesn't have to be replaced every 2 weeks
