Printer is amazing and faster than I thought. Setting it up was very quick and done through the Canon app. Much better printer than any HP DeskJet or like printer. Having the display and keys is great for easier control when needed. Document feeder works well and the scanning to phone works great too. Had this maybe a month and have done so much printing I am on the 3rd cartridge refill. The app is very easy and intuitive to use. First Canon printer I have owned, always bought HP and might not go back after this printer and my experience with it.

For me, this little printer is EXACTLY what I need! I couldn't believe the affordable price too! I highly recommend. I am not techy in the least but was able to set it up and instantly start printing! You just can't go wrong with a Canon!

Great little printer that seamlessly connects to my home network and allows us to print from our desktop, work machine and mobile phones. Not super preemo high end but definitely has great value for the cost!

Prints scans faxes -- it does it all and is quiet and efficient. i purchased other brands and Canon makes the best printers - high quality printing and long lasting.

It was the lowest priced printer/copier/scanner that you were selling. It produces good printed output. Since I only print something once a week or less, it's an excellent choice for me. For someone who uses their printer often, its delicate plastic would probably fail quickly from robust usage. So, if you need rugged equipment, don't buy this, buy a more expensive model.

Easy to use wireless all in one Canon printer. This is the successor of TR4520 model I bought several years ago. It works fine just like that old but, but this new TR4720 model has automatic duplex printing function added and prints a bit faster than TR4520 model per page.

I researched many printers and decided on this one. I've always had Canon and love the white instead of black which always looks dusty. I wanted one that has a screen on the printer and this has one.
Its kind of big, but I don't care. I have enough room on my desk.
I know the previous reviewers were unhappy about no hard copy instructions. However, you can download the manual from the canon website as a PDF on your iPad or computer. I usually print the pages I use most of the time, like changing the ink cartridges, connecting to wifi, etc. The other negative was the ink that was in the box ran out in a month. I'm hoping that it was old and dry. I bought new ink and am seeing how long it lasts. There are 2 ink cartridges , BW and Color. I've had a printer with the separate coloors, including gray and 2 types for BLk. It was a nightmare...seemed like.I was buying ink 24/7.

I had an older generation of Canon-Pixma that was great until it wasn't so I decided to stick with that family of printers (the old one lasted a long time).
The TR4720 is relatively inexpensive, only two cartridges for ink required (my old one required 5 or 6 separate cartridges), ink isn't too expensive, and the printer was readily available.
Got it home, got it set up, and held my breath. Proceeded to connect it to my internet (exhaled when it showed as connected to my iPad - good thing my lungs are healthy) and have used it to print several files since. The printer produced good quality print jobs and this doohickey can also copy, scan, and fax (haven't and won't likely try this capability).
