It was easy to set up, and the ink lasts longer than imagined. I love the quality that it gives when it prints. I would definitely recommend this for a small business or for a student dorm room for college. It’s amazing.

I needed a printer for school and work and was able to walk into the store and buy this for around 60 dollars with no hassle. Set up was super easy and has no issues with printing for all sorts of needs. Only issue is occasional connection issues but it's minimal effort to deal with and can be fixed with little to no help it a short amount of time. Would highly recommend for people looking for a great printer at a cheap price!

It's a pretty standard printer. I tried to buy the simplest printer as possible. Nowadays printers can be so complicated to get working - namely for the boomers! I bought this specifically for my mom. She's had to get me on the phone for a second to figure something out - but otherwise she's been smooth sailing with this!! If you want a standard printer that even your non-tech-savvy mother can use - this is your pick!

4.5 stars. This is the third Canon Pixma I have bought in 10 years. They generally last about 3-4 years. They usually have an issue with the paper feed after a few years. If I were clever, I could figure out a way to clean/rejuvenate the pickup roller. After I unboxed it, I remembered that the LCD display is NOT backlit. When I need to run through the menus, I need a headlamp to see the writing. Next time, I would buy the Pixma with the backlit LCD option. The network connection is a little hokey with my setup. Was able to print from cellphones direct.

Very nice and dependable piece of equipment
The quality and color of the printed documents are of great quality, works very quietly, and doesn't occupy much space.
