I have used many printers in my life never had a Canon before, my daughter suggested checking out a Canon so I looked compared and decided on the Canon TR4720. I found it was easy to hook up and even easier to use. If you ever have problems doing both sides or envelopes, this is the one for you. I use this in my home but really make copies + on many subjects. Thanks Canon for making a copier etc. that is really easy to use. Check it our.

It's perfect for my needs, I don't print a lot and the quality is good. It's not as fast as my laser printer was, but it serves my purpose and I like it. I have printed off bulk items and it did a great job. I would highly recommend this printer if you are on a tight budget and need a good printer.

The Canon PIXMA has been a solid printer so far. Setup was super easy and connecting it to Wi-Fi didn’t take long at all. It prints clearly, both black-and-white and color, and photos actually come out really nice. It’s not loud, doesn’t take up much space, and works well from my phone and laptop. Perfect for home use, school work, or basic office stuff. Ink is easy to change and lasts a decent amount of time. Overall, it does exactly what I need it to do. Definitely a good buy for the price.

Fabulous Printer at an incredibly reasonably price. Conndects directly with the laptop and don't have to go through internet--like the dratted HP (which was 3x as expensive and rarely worked--everything paper, inks, AI service through internet!) So love this little Canon printer and has all the bells and whistles too!

Everything I want in a printer. Good size, price, but the only thing I wish it had was a hidden paper tray . My last Canon had one . Looks neater and takes less space if it did.

5 years ago I had a printer like this before. This was until it was showing squiggle lines. I did everything to troubleshoot it but it wasn't working. This new one is working fine. I don't use it every day so it will be a keeper, for now.

Copies are good. Operation is relatively simple. Setup for wireless was a nightmare! Nowhere immediately noticeable (as in the directions) do they tell you you need to download the drivers. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour before someone asked if we had downloaded the drivers. Good copier. Download the drivers!

Not super easy to set up, but once I figured out a few things it has worked well.

So far so good. Seems to print fine for my needs (nothing special). Not very quiet, but it is OK. It meets my needs and does scan quite well, but I wished I could scan both sides of a document at one time using the ADF. If it had that feature I would have given it a 5 star rating.

I am a fan of Canon products. This unit does the job well. No hassle cartridge installation. Easy set up. The auto feed is reliable and nice to have. Jams are non existent so far. Good connectivity and you can even use as a FAX machine, which is great as I have customers who still use faxes. Print quality is great and keypad is intuitive, though display is too small for this old mans eyes. Is a bit bigger than I wanted (footprint.) Which is why I returned. O

Good economical printer, performs it' s function with no difficulty and is not an overly large device. Meets my expectations.

Happy with the printer, but sales staff failed to mention that the store does not carry the ink cartridges for this model. I only discovered that when I ran out of ink. also, they didn't tell me that the starter cartridges that come with the printer are not full and will run out quickly. Was very happy with the simple set-up.

Easy to use, has been working for two years without any problems. Very pleased.

So far, so good. I like the fact the the paper tray is flat and not standing up in the back like the previous copier. I noticed that I can fax and scan - haven't tried them yet but it is nice to know that I can. Also, once you turn the copier on it stays on! The previous one would shut off and then you had to turn it back on at the most inconvenient times.

Love how small it is but dose the job of a large size printer and it matches my home decor
