I am rating the ease of returning the printer. My "tech" person thought I would need a new one but found out I could use my other Canon Pixma. The return was so easy-I appreciated that. I will say this printer probably would have been just as great as my current Pixma.

Good print quality. Easy to operate. Not for heavy duty or large volume printing.

The Canon TS6520 has been great so far. The copy and scanning has worked without alot of drama. It was pretty easy to setup.

All anybody talks about are printers with the refillable ink. You don't need one. You only need this guy! Quality. Simple!

Printer worked great until it didn’t. In less than 4 months, it stopped functioning properly. I received an error to insert paper and align it. There was already paper in it, but I opened it a took it out and re-aligned it. It sounded as if it was going to print, but received the error again. I tried about 15 times with more paper and less. Then I tried to clean the rollers. It told me to add 3 or more sheets of paper to finish the process. I put in 3 sheets, but received the same error. So after multiple attempts, I cancelled and tried to print again. No luck. The canon “warranty” process looks time consuming, so for a $60 printer, I’ll probably just replace it.
