We like taking our own family photos, really who pays for family portraits now day? The problem I had was figuring out the time and then getting in place in time for the timer. After getting this no more problem with timers or getting in place just hold the clicker on my hand and we are good to go.

Faultlessly working with my Canon EOS Rebel XTi, the Canon Wireless Remote exceeded my expectations. I especially like the miniscule size as the remote virtually disappears in my hand. I couldn't be happier, especially when taking group familial shots with me in the picture!

When I first got it i was so happy. I still am :) But it is quite over-priced for such a small thing.

I am an amateur photographer. This is a must have if you want to take photos at night. I've always wanted to be able to take good pics of a full moon and finally made the purchase for the remote. I still have a lot to learn but it worked great! Easy to use.

This remote made it possible for Xmas pictures with my 3 month old baby girl. Great product.

Went back and forth on which remote to get. Very glad I picked this one! Works perfect with my Rebel SL1, and I love that it allows you to have it be immediate release or with a timer with just a change of the switch on the back of the remote

works okay. sucks you have to be i front of the camera though. and mostly pointing at the camera so it's hard to hide it when doing self-portraits. i have had to end up using my phone and canon's camera connect app instead sometimes.

The remote works extremely well with my Canon camera. It can be used at short or long distances. Small size makes it easy to hide in a pocket or your hand. I used this for a vacation trip and it was great for tripod use and taking family portraits. Great value and inexpensive.

It was specifically requested though I don't know that she has had time to use it yet.

Having a cordless remote that works from far distances is pretty nice. I hate cords

This cannon remote works as advertised. Saved a lot of back and forth to set timer.

This Canon wireless remote worked with my camera right out of the box. You do have to be slightly in front of the camera for it to work. I purchased this to eliminate the possibility of camera shake caused by physically pressing on the camera shutter release.

This is perfect. Has a much longer range then the knock off ones you can buy.

Awesome little remote but it feels a little cheaply made. Works as expected.

Most people say you can't use this unless you're in front of the camera to trigger it. While you do have to point the remote at the front of a T3i, I still used it to shoot fireworks. I stood behind it and held the remote where it needed to be.
