bad drive, not happy

I went to plug it in the next day I get no response. I bought two of these items, and I'm scare to open the other one. My Data is real important, for this item to work just once.

I lost of a lot of data that could not be recovered. I mainly bought this drive because I've had great results with Crucial products in the past. I would not recommend this drive.
