    The Apple TV remote used to control the whole TV entertainment center (just on and off, apps and volume). It stopped working as well where I needed the TV remote to turn on and off. I thought I needed a new AppleTV so I bought a new one. Still glitchy. So I had GeekSquad out to troubleshoot. I provided a new receiver in case that was the problem. They hooked that up and now I have to use three remotes. I told them to put it back the way it was (2 remotes) and they said maybe it's the TV? Doesn't make sense. Also, they scratched the paint of the wall the TV is on and now I just stare at the white spots behind the TV (wall is painted dark grey).

    I called for help from the Geek Squad after four attempts by other “home theater professionals”. I was both pleased as well as amazed at how the Geek Squad quickly rewired and left me with a sophisticated home theater system

    This installment went well. I was very impressed with the technicians abilities. I assume it would take at least three individuals. Not the cave. Wires could have been dressed up a bit better.

    Geek squad evaluated and fixed the problem

    I had a problem with my Yamaha RX-A4A receiver working with my LG C1 tv outputting 120 hrz to the PlayStation 5, the rep fixed the problem and everything works perfectly now.

    The technician had my new 75" TV up and running in no time. Wall mount and reconfigured my remote control for all of our components. Very happy

    The guy from Best Buy set up my tv. It works really well. He did a very good job with it. I love Best Buy they are so helpful no matter what you do whether you’re in the store or at home.

    I had an issue with my mounted TV and the Geek Squad came to the rescue. They were courteous and very professional in solving my issue. They also did some tweaks to my remote. I would highly recommend them.

    Geek Squad solved my Arlo security system issue

    The tech representative was on time and efficient. He asked for an explanation of the problem with my Arlo security system. He followed up with his approach to solving the problem. My Arlo security system was successfully restored in less than one hour! The tech rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issue.

    Very talented and efficient guys. Hooked up all the speakers, cable, DVR & stereo equipment. Only issue is the remote is too complicated and "smart" for an old guy like me..............

    Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.

    Told wife I got this I don’t need geek squad.well those guys were great didn’t say a thing when they saw my mess just went to work and got my 65”Sony oled with soundbar t-gt wheel And hue lights synced and working awesome.they were professional courteous and acted like I almost had it right I knew better.

    Geek Squad Fixed My TV Quickly

    Lightning struck and our TV went out and would not come back on. Corey and Dory found that it was a faulty extension cord. They added a surge protector and a new extension cord and it has worked perfectly since then.

    NOSHOW to fix DAMAGED WALL AND SOUNDBAR

    No one showed up. I STILL have a soundbar that fell out of my wall after geek squad installation. My wall has been damaged for WEEKS. The tech manager I spoke with from the ST. Cloud Location has had his phone off for days. Still waiting for a response and an update..

    I’ve been trying to have geek squad come and fix an install that didn’t go well and it’s been over a month now and no one returns my call yet more than four phone calls and chats they all say my manager will call and they don’t. Bad service for the price they charge. I cannot recommend this to anyone

    Migration successful

    I needed assistance in migrating files from an old computer to a new one. Being a DINOSAUR, the migration wasn't as easy as purported on websites. So I called the Geek Squad. Bottom Line is they got everything migrated and I'm in business. That Sid, they go so fast (kind of a good thing/bad thing) I'm not totally sure where to EASILY find my older files. I know they are on a massive hard drive I have but the detail of WHERE is often the harder question to answer. But they did it in a jiffy. I don't know how to solve the problem of communicating where the old files are on an external hard drive once a migration is complete. Some kind of diagram? Flow chart? Don't know but I'm pretty sure with non-tech folks the 'too fast' explanation of the solutions may not be as thorough as us dinosaurs require. It is indeed a tough nut to crack.

    Best Geek Squad Service EVER!

    Best Geek Squad service ever!!! Darion and Gabe fixed problem with both sub-woofers, got both infra-red remotes working, provided instructions on how to best utilize TV and Theater equipment, got X-finity streaming box working and how to use, recommend purchase of equipment such as X8URC remote for better theater room experience. Dorian and Gabe consistently exceede my customer service expectations. They displayed creative thinking, conscentiousness and diligence in correcting my technical issues. They demonstrated a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Needless to say I will request their services in the future by name. Waiting for their availability is worth it!
