I lost electricity and it did what it was suppose to do. Glad I had it.

In my subdivision we were having weekly power surges so I bought this and it works well when the power is tripped. We’ve only had one power outage since I bought it, I’ve had for 2 months now.

Keeps things powered and been working great for over six months without a hiccup.

Use this for a gaming pc and oled monitor so whenever power goes out I don’t have to worry about my equipment. Highly recommend and is very handy during a power outage to charge your phones.

I like the panel, I like the software, and it's reliable (not my first CyberPower unit). I used to buy APC for battery backup, but they have proven to be less dependable.

This ups works as it should with no issues, no problems here.

I use it for my home network. Two switches and 3 servers. It give me 60min to safety shutdown down the network.

My main UPS was getting some age on it (5 years, I think), and when we had a power flicker the other night, it dropped like a rock. I could have replaced the batteries for about half of what a new unit would cost, but I'd still be working with a 5-year-old device. I opted to buy a new one.

There are a lot of power ports. The USB on the front are very convenient. The normal ports on the back are typical, but sometimes I do think it would be nice to have more ports on other sides. I'm not sure if this would actually work. Overall, I've been using this consistently since purchased, and no issues at all, and it saved me a lot of hassle when there actually was a power outage (although rare in my area).

Had to get a new one after my older one died (after 5 years!). Of course I bought another CyberPower!! (It did smell for a couple days, but they all do to some extent. Some other brands smell REALLY bad for a longer time)

UPS works as advertised; ready to setup and use. Very trustworthy and has kept me protected and working when the power goes out.

What can be said about this product that is not obvious? Its a battery backup for your warez. I got mine to help with brief power outages.

Works great. It has already saved me a couple of times working from home when the power went out and I was able to stay connected to the internet and keep working. I have one that is connected to the modem and router and another on the office that is connected to a docking station for my laptop and monitor. The power will hold for some time for the modem and router since they don’t drain much power, but don’t expect a monitor to last too long. It is great for emergencies to give you enough time to backup any work. It has yet to fail me.

Quality is excellent as always with CyberPower and very good bang for the buck - This is replacing my last power UPS from CyberPower that lasted 5 years and kept my network going whenever disaster struck.
