Works great. Just installed and no issues so far.

Setup was easy, and the user interface software is straightforward. After three months, so far so good.

Great UPS. I’ve got it hooked up to my desktop PC. I will say the software is quite buggy and never did get it working/communicating with the mobile app.

I use it to power my Canon printer in case of outage. I do that to avoid consumption of ink when it restarts which is a large amount on the Pro1000. Works perfect so far!

I haven't used it much yet because I haven't built my new machine yet, but I did use it for testing a machine I had here recently where I ran it for about a week. Of course it's hard to judge in detail since that was the only use, but it functioned as described. I really like the design and friends have suggested CyberPower as a company they've trusted for quite awhile.

This has been handling the power fluxuations on my desktops circuit like a champ. My previous one of different make and model would regularly switch to battery when the power dipped, this one seems to handle it without pulling from the battery. At least, nothing bad enough that the voltage regulation circuit couldn't handle on its own so far. I am also using it's front USB for phone charging to save a wall wart. Definitely recommend!

Love the size, form factor, and runtime of this UPS. It replaced smaller, older wornout CyberPower unit.

We have power fluctuations where I live, so I've bought several battery backups. Occasionally, a backup might glitch and just "squeal" and not keep the items plugged into it running. This model has worked great...the "sine wave" aspect keeps a better power stream at the moment the power goes out or fluctuates. I will be buying more of this model.
