Occasionally, a backup might glitch and just "squeal" and not keep the items plugged into it running. This model has worked great...the "sine wave" aspect keeps a better power stream at the moment the power goes out or fluctuates. I will be buying more of this model.

I've been using this for about 2 months now and while I haven't had any issues with power surges or unexpected power loss, I'm confident this product will provide the necessary protection against such event. The software is also quite easy to use and provides a lot of valuable information.

Mine developed a loud fan noise after a few months. I contacted the CyberPower and they replaced it. Free shipping for the return and the replacement. Always great when a company stands behind their products.

Always provides clean power and keeps devices from dying in brownouts and power surges. This one keeps up the trend and i have it hooked up to my main PC.
