Love this battery backup, the LCD screen is a nice touch, haven't had a power outage yet but it's nice to know I'm protected, especially when a lot of us are working from home.

We bought 2 of these to run a machine that requires reliable, clean power. Fortunately we have good power in our area. But having 3 of these units, we have never suffered from a voltage spike or failed part due to power loss.

This is the second we have bought. Well worth the price…

I've had this for about half a year and it's been working great so far. It comes with a USB cable that you can attach to your computer so that it can do perform a system shutdown when the UPS is nearly out of power. It also lets you do some monitoring of the UPS and run tests without having to use the built in controls on the unit.

I use this for my home server - rack server, switches, probes, AP's It handles them like a champ and the Power Panel software you can download for free allows you to receive notifications about power outages and configure shutdowns for connected devices It'd be nice if there was some SNMP discoverability but that doesn't exist on this model i guess

I bought this unit when one of my APC backups died. I really like the fact that this one doesn't have a bunch of led lights shining all the time and that the sine wave feature ensures a clean supply to my computer equipment.

Love that it will display power use, a feature that used to require a separate device. Have had power outages since install, and the units worked great (I have two for my entertainment center), with 40 minutes of backup time to get generator running without losing WiFi or satellite signals. Electronics love the clean power it puts out. Bravo.

Great UPS for in home use. Works for what I need it to do.

So far so good! I was able to plug in everything I need for my work laptop and monitors, as well as my router and cable modem. I like the USB connections on the front so I can plug in my phone as well. My old one (same brand/different model) started just turning itself off and knocked me out of a few Teams Meetings with customers. It wasn't that old, so just hoping no issues down the line with this one.
