The surge protector does an amazing job! Very easy to setup and keep running.

In the area I live, power outages seem to happen when least desired! This has always been a necessary product to have at work and at home.

Have had this for some time now. We seem to have more than our share of short-lived power blips, such as when it is windy or stormy. Got it primarily to keep our computer and monitors powered up and not reboot when we have those momentary outages. Have a computer, 2 monitors, and several other devices plugged into it.

This is the fourth time I have purchased this, they work great! I have them on my computers and my aquarium sponge filters and small watt heater. Two of them have been protecting our computers for a year with no issues. I bought this one for my daughter's computer. They give you time to shut down your computer safely as well as protect from surge.

Reasonable size unit that does what it should. Plenty of plugs

When my 'old' battery backup kept beeping, more and more frequently, I needed a replacement fast. This unit is just what I needed, It has more than enough battery backup outlets to support my computer and monitor plus surge protecting outlets for everything else on my desk. Best part was I was able to pick it up the same day at my local Best Buy.

I have always liked CyberPower especially for their 3-year warranty. I've needed the warranty before, and tech support sent a replacement right away!

I have always purchased this item for my home and have 4 at the present time. It is reliable, sturdy and dependable. I live in south Florida and we are always losing our electric even if its just one second.....everything needs to be reset. With this system the important items never are without power. I have tried other brands but this is the best.

I live in Florida lightning capital of the word always getting power surges I feel that with this back up it is the cheapest way to protect your expensive TV and your other equipment. Last year we had huracan hit our neighbor we were hit with many power surges & the back up battery system I had protected me. I recommend to all

Does what I need it to do, back-up for computers and entertainment system. During brief outages our systems work flawlessly. for longer outages we keep most systems down and use the back-up units to charge cell phones.

Great battery back up . Great price and simple to use .

I have about 3 other Cyperpower units in use. The big plus for me was always that it was fairly easy to change the battery in them. The batteries usually lasts about 2 years of constant use. Trusted this brand so much that I threw out the box and discarded the receipt even before I tested the unit. A label on the unit read that it must be charged for 8 hours before use. I charged it for 2 days before I finally plugged my computer into it. The unit would not come on and just beep. Useless. Since I threw out the box and receipt, I decided to just open it up and see what was wrong with it. Unlike my other Cyberpower models, this one uses a special kind of security crew to lock the back access panel. Could not find any kind screwdriver or bit to fit this screw. Had to brake off a small piece of plastic to remove the back panel and get access to the battery. When I put a volt meter on the battery it only read about 6 volts (should be 12v). So this battery was bad from the start. Turns out it is impossible to find a same capacity replacement battery (12v 5.5ah) that will fit in this unit, they are not for sale anywhere (store or online). Was able to fit in a different battery which has a slightly lesser capacity (5.1ah). At least I can use it now.

I bought this item to provide enough up time for me to transition to my generator during a power outage. I have my router, expander, cable modem and a Seagate personal cloud connected to the power supply. Power has gone out multiple times. This unit lasts over 20 minutes. I haven't tested to see max time but more then sufficient for my needs.

We live in Florida. In the Summer the afternoon thunderstorms cause regular power outages. We keep a battery back-up on all of our expensive electronics to give us a chance to turn them off in the event of an outage, to protect them from sudden power loss, and a surge when it comes back on. This works well for that application.

This Battery Backup works well for its intended purpose. No problems whatever. This is exactly what we want -- no excitement.

I hooked up all my electronics, if yo are used to my reviews I will jump right it CONS: None Pros: It is energy star rated It will save your equipment from interrupted electricity I have my PS4, TV, Internet router and cable plugged in the battery+ surge, when power goes off they do not for a little bit, it'll help protect against sudden surge.

Needed a UPS to give my file server some time to power down in the event of a power shortage. This unit comes with the communication USB cable so my file server detects it as a battery and will shut off once the battery kicks in and hits 50%. The capacity of this one isn't very big but it stays on long enough for my server to shut off cleanly.
