This is my first experience owning an uninterrupted power supply, and so far it's been great! Not that we have much trouble with electricity, but if you own a super-expensive computer, it just makes sense to protect it as much as possible.

Excellent price, easy setup, and reliable battery backup

We use these at work and seem to get good life out of them (averaging 3 years). I still think they cost too much but they do save a lot of time when power issues occur and you can save your work before turning off your computer (if needed).

I bought this product and it is wonderful and it is performing as expected. No problems and it hold the power the right amount of time to shut down my computer in time after the power has gone out. I did test it on 27" IMac and not a single problem!

For some reason when I cut off the power the first time the unit beeped as if there was battery failure and did not cut over. After power cycling the unit came back online and has worked flawless. I'm using this as a cheapo UPS and recommend the APC line if you need something rock solid. The first experience with this unit was not ideal.

I bought this for my computer equipment. I have used a similar model for eight years and was very satisfied. I automatically purchased the same brand. It functions beautifully and the extra outlets are very handy for peripherals and protection.

For the size, this unit features a lot of outlets and also keeps enough space between the outlets to allow multiple large brick style plugs to be placed in it without interfering with the plugs next to it. Great thinking on cyber powers part

I bought this UPS for my 3D printer. I kept having power glitches that ruined my prints. Since I installed this UPS I have not had any print problems (related to power). Also have the PC that I use with the printer on the unit as well.

I decided to find a surge protection for my router to minimize that power outage affect my home's internet performance. Since I bought the back-up system I haven't had issues with the internet when weather is affecting the power supply.

I had purchased the Cyber Power Battery back up system previously and it lasted over 20 years so I decided to buy another one. It is well worth the extra dollars. We have had many power surges and my system has stayed connected.

The brown outs kill your computers, not the surges! This one i protect my entire office computers with, but you also need need to protect your flat screen tv's...and stereo systems!

Needed 5 of these for my office has been a few months since my purchase and have had no issues to report. They work as they should and never failed to overload on the battery side.

This is not the first one I've purchased and I love them!!!

I live in an area where we experience brief power outages frequently. My computer does not skip a beat with this. I also use Power Panel Personal Edition to monitor my battery capacity and estimated runtime with this battery backup.

Got a lot invested in my television and wanted to make sure that it was not going to secume to a power surge etc. It was easy to set up... just plugged it in and then selected the surge protection to plug in the TV. Very easy.

For what I need it, this size of UPS is perfect!! Just the right size
