Bought this to replace an older UPS, works great. Has had to keep my computer products up and running already and worked fine.

This is a great battery back up that works just as described. It doesn`t hurt that it`s less expensive than APC.

Works exactly as advertised. Since purchase, the UPS has been protecting my equipment from brownouts. Today the power failed in my house and this unit did exactly what it was supposed to do. I have other, more expensive units in the house, but this unit provides the same level of performance. With the software, I was able to disable the "beeping", which was one of my requirements for a personal UPS.

almost a month in use. so far works fine. price is ok. may buy another one if needed in the future.

I now have two of these running on my computers at home (couple of media servers). They work great! When we have power bumps (which was often this year) my computers would run right through them. I have my router and switches connected to them too...so even when I lost power for a day, I still had internet in the house!

This works as described....i will definitely try to push it's limits to test it out right!

Our utility power browns out & spikes daily ... This device levels out those problems & saves your computer equipment, theoretically. I have 3 of these UPS-w/AVR currently in my flat: network gear & laptops, desktops, & laptop/printers. Once installed, I ceased to have HDDs crash or network "go down".

Great ups for the money. The only thing that could be better is, it could be smaller.

I bought this to replace a 550va unit that I had for about 7 years. I think the battery was starting to go bad. I use this to power my modem, router, vonage box with one phone and a small home server. Works great with no intervention. Only thing I wish it had was an ethernet connection to connect to it since I dont have a pc nearby to connect via usb. Hope this will work as long as the last one.

Great back up for the price. Easy to use and has various power outlets.

I have been using Cyberpower products (vs. APC) for years. Performance has been great and at a much lower price than APC. As with all UPS units, battery longevity continues to be a problem and varies from unit to unit. Some last a year while others last two years or more. Needs to be more consistent.
