I am extremely happy with this computer. The tower came a day early. The box was really beat up when I picked it up at the BestBuy store so I was worried. However, CyberPowerPC knows how to pack a tower so it was in mint condition. Set up is incredibly easy, just need a philips screwdriver to take off the glass panel to get rid of the packaging on the inside. But most people seem to have that. The setup guide they give you is not related to this computer in particular but it's similar enough to get by. Mouse and keyboard are fine, the mouse is good but I'm not a big fan of the keyboard. I'll probably keep these as backups as I already had a mouse and keyboard. Pros: - 3060 graphics card - A significant array of RGB settings with two buttons - Price is amazing for what you are getting - Plays the games that I have tried on it so far with excellent speed and quality (SW:BFII) - Sleek, clean, easy to pick up and arrived early Cons: - Microsoft is not automatically downloaded (see below how to fix) - Fans are loud but I am able to drown them out with my headset or speakers. I used the steps in this link: https://support.cyberpowerpc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014683394-How-to-activate-windows-using-Digital-Key-Activation and it did not accept my installation key. From there I called Microsoft Support: (855) 801-0109 and was able to get it installed. A bit of a nuisance which should be taken care of before getting to the customer but at least an easy fix, but did not take me very long. I knocked it down a star because I would have preferred having a better CPU (which I would have been willing to pay a higher price for), not having Microsoft pre-installed, and would have liked having quieter fans. However this is an excellent computer and I would recommend it to anyone especially at this price point.

I bought this PC and have had it for about a week and it is stellar so far; it has been performing just as it should on games; haven't experienced any throttling or bottlenecking at all. It achieves the same performance as any youtube benchmarks with the RTX 3060 + Ryzen 5 3600. For the value of this PC right now during the ongoing shortage it is a great value and much, much cheaper than other pre-builts from more reputable companies. Mine came with a Gigabyte version of the RTX 3060 with 3 fans so they did not cheap out in that department, although I think this is random and have seen other pics with EVGA RTX 3060s. The Ryzen 5 is a very good performer too. Of course, this comes at the cost of cheaper components in other areas. The CPU cooler is pretty loud and the CPU still tends to run a little hotter but never at the point of overheating. It takes some getting used to, or you can replace it for a better cooler for cheap and still have a bargain. The PSU, motherboard, and RAM may also be of a cheaper spec however this hasn't caused any problems yet. The build quality of the case itself is very nice, and the RGB controller it comes with is very versatile. It has a wide range of colors and gradients. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to risk building a PC or anyone who needs an upgrade during the GPU shortage. The GPU although not the most powerful of the 3000 series will last you; it plays pretty much any game out so far at 70+ FPS ultra settings 1080p.

The CPU is kinda weak being a ryzen 5 3600, however the GPU is amazing at this price, especially during the great graphics card drought of 2021. The fans are all pretty quiet even when running at near their max speed, and the RGB adds at least 10% extra FPS (I feel the need to mention this is a joke incase someone's mom is reading this review- the rgb just makes it look cool). I put a couple extra fans on the top vent of the cage to increase the airflow a bit. Not sure if its totally necessary, but should help keep things cool and it adds some extra lights. I do wish the ram sticks were RGB, however this would have likely increased the price and the current memory is fine as it (just a smidge boring). The CPU cooler would make for a good upgrade down the road (I get cpu temps up to 50C at idle). It was shipped well without any dislodged cables. The cable management was overall pretty good, but nothing amazing imo. Overall this is one of the best prebuilt bang-for-your-buck PCs out there. (Note: the fans at the top of the case did not come with the computer. They were purchased seperately. The case did have easy mounting holes for them)

Blue Screen Loops But Good Quality

TLDR// - Fantastic value for a prebuilt, case/hardware/wiring look great. - Fans are a little noisy (as many have noted) but I can't complain too much. - I ran into a lot of issues on the first day, but I'm hoping that it was because I installed something wrong rather than the hardware being faulty. For now, I've gotten past the blue screen loops (in more detail below) and the PC is working great. I will update in the future if similar errors come up again. - Be aware that you may need to troubleshoot. Long Version// The PC was great out of the box and I didn't see any issues with the hardware or anything. Wire management inside the case was also amazing. I would recommend having some acetone or something nearby though as removing the stickers on the case was a bit annoying. My PC came with a Gigabyte RTX 3060, which made me very happy. PC had 3 fans along with a Cooler Master (not stock) CPU cooler. Upon booting up the PC, everything seemed to be working great. However, after my first restart, the PC ran into a lot of issues. It wouldn't boot and wanted me to change the boot options. I couldn't get out of the BIOS as something was wrong with the SSD/HDD. I also couldn't access the troubleshooting to go into safe mode or local reinstall of Windows due to a blue screen loop. I ended up having to freshly reinstall Windows from a flash drive. Once again, it seemed to be working fine until the first reboot. I entered a blue screen loop again of automatic repair failures. At this point I was incredibly frustrated and was planning on returning the computer. This also happened over a period of 12 hours since I had first gotten the PC, so I felt like I had wasted the entire day. The next morning however, I managed to break the blue screen loop by accessing the troubleshooting menu through the Windows flash drive. For the 3rd time, I freshly reinstalled Windows. This time however, the PC worked fine after the first reboot and is still good right now (about 20 reboots later). I went through each of my downloads very slowly to try and figure out what the issue was. I thought it was connected to GeForce Experience or Razer Synapse but none of them triggered the same error. End of the day, I'm still unsure what the issue was but the PC is working very well now. I hope that the HDD or something isn't corrupted and that the blue screen loops were on my end. It performed very well on UserBenchmark and I don't have any other problems (other than the fans being a little loud). I would also recommend that you turn on XMP in the BIOS after purchasing. I will update this review if I run into this same issue again (as well as Cyberpower for a return :/). If I don't see any more problems though, I will be very satisfied with this purchase. It is very annoying that I had to troubleshoot everything but I'm just glad it worked out.

If you're in search of a gaming rig that delivers stellar performance without breaking the bank, look no further than the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop. The AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, combined with the 16GB of RAM, provides smooth and uninterrupted gameplay even during the most intense gaming sessions. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 is a cherry on top - it brings all the high-end games to life with its phenomenal graphics rendering capability. I was astonished by the in-game details and clarity. The combination of a 1TB HDD and a 500GB SSD ensures ample storage and swift game load times. I've had it for a few years now, and I must say, it has improved my gaming experience by leaps and bounds. Aesthetically, the sleek black design gives it an edgy look. This is an outstanding investment for any serious gamer.

For starts it is a bit over priced but thats prebuilt for ya but I would recommend this over other major brands like Dell and HP. All my games run smooth and over 60+ fps depending on what game and settings. Due to supply and such this was my option to get any RTX 30 series card without spending too much ish. This is the specs in mine so keep in mind others may have a similar priced part.. I bought this PC because my old prebuild had a 960 that wasn't performing well in newer games. I wanted a new PC that had a good price to performance ratio and this CyberPower PC does exactly that! I've had the PC for three weeks now and The RTX 3060 combined with the Ryzen 5 will run any new games on High to Ultra no problem! I'm finally able to play games like RDR2, CyberPunk, and Rust! The LED feature is really neat, and has many customizable options. The one single critique I have, which is just a nitpick at this point, is that the fans can be noisy at times. I have seen other people say they fixed this issue by adjusting the fan settings, but I've yet to try that since I don't notice it with my headphones on anyways. I would definitely recommend this PC to anyone looking for high performance at a great price (considering how the GPU market is at the moment). 5/5!

After receiving my order everything booted up perfectly fine and ran well for the first 2 weeks. About half way into week 2 I began to have a problem with the cpu fan not keeping the chip cool enough and causing auto reboots to my PC. I replaced the thermal paste on it since it seemed to not have very much on it. However the doc only lasted a few days, and the over hearing started up again. I reached out to cyberpower but the responses I was getting weren’t very helpful and I just had a feeling it wasn’t anything that serious. I decided about a month in and no fixes to replace the fan entirely. Found a decent one for 40$ And boom problem solved. No sudden reboots or anything. Overall very happy with the product besides the small hiccup there. Honestly I didn’t put all my eggs in the warranty basket by continuing to reach out. Mainly cause I felt the fix was very doable on my own. Great PC and games run great! Also no major issues at all when I stream and game at the same time.

"Well worth it! scooped a deal on my Pc at BestBuy from CyberPower, was trying to build my own but as we all have experienced its hard to even cop a decent graphics card nowadays! I was scrolling through BestBuy's site when I suddenly saw this pc at a great price and the phenomenal specs it came with so I went with purchasing without hesitation. I've had zero problems with it since purchase date. Really recommend CyberPowerPC for anyone out looking for a decent gaming pc

Not the worst PC given parts shortages. The 3600 is still a decent PC. The air cooler on it is wimpy but the CPU is only 65W so it's not too bad thermals wise. The best part is that it's all off the shelf parts. Nothing proprietary. So upgrades are not an issue. GPU is EVGA so solid performance. All in all, good value for 1199.

Came when expected, and everything was perfect. Easy to set-up, and the best value you can get at the moment, no doubt. ONLY and I mean only downside is the noise level that the fans produce. I understand and everyone should understand that the demanding 3060 needs cooling, but the fans are a bit annoying at times. I have gotten used to them though. Other than that, no problems at all. Would 100% recommend for a first gaming PC.

Super satisfied with my purchase! The prebuilt looks awesome and the wire management is very neat and tucked away. No major problems or flaws, just the cpu fan is pretty loud. But for the price of ~$1200 for this EVGA RTX 3060 prebuilt I can't complain.

After extensive research and countless recommendations online to get this PC I finally pulled the trigger when I found this in stock. At pickup the box looked a bit damaged but inside everything remained intact. However in my box the gaming mouse was missing but was barely a dealbreaker. Setup process was quick and easy. As mentioned in other reviews the fans can be quite noisy and a bit of a nuisance which was the biggest turn off. The only game I benchmarked was valorant, where I got roughly 160fps on high settings out of the box. The ram, cpu cooler and psu are where this pc lacks but overall a good budget build for anyone who just wants to plug and play. After careful consideration, I decided to have my first PC be a custom built instead of this prebuilt. Best of luck to everyone.
