Great install. The guys were quick and professional. They installed my dash cam and paired it with my phone and spent the time so I would know how to use it properly.

Amazing dash cam installation by the agent. It was a 2 channel dash cam installed so quick and professional. The wires are all hidden and he even hard wired it.

The Geek Squad installed my dash cam on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. Front, cabin, and rear view window. Took about 1 hour. They took me in 1 hour before my appointment time, so I missed all traffic going home in Hawaii which is terrible. They were great!!! I didn’t even buy the camera at Best Buy. Affordable, professional, reliable, and speedy installation.

I had my new front and back dash cams installed by a Best Buy Install tech. At first he told me it will take 2.5 hours to complete. But it was finished in just under 1 hour. So far, everything is working great. My only complaint is ( out had nothing to do with the intallation) there is absolutely no seating while you wait. I'm a disabled senior citizen and I cannot stand or walk long. I was lucky they had an available wheelchair so I sat in that. But my other family members had to sit on the floor.

The guy who put on my camera was really straightforward and on it and when i asked him for how the camera works he took the extra time to show me how it works

The technician is a pro at what he does. Its not my first time going to him to install things for me. Done in no time and professional too. Never have a problem with ant installation i have gotten there.

My Wife loves this Dash Camera and I love Geek Squad for installing it the correct way - Video starts when the vehicle is started and shuts off when car is shut off. The gentleman who installed this unit was exceptional professional and made us feel like we counted in the process.

Super efficient and painless. While the installation of a dash cam is not the most difficult thing to do with the parts that come with the camera, hardwiring it would have been more difficult. This was absolutely worth the price for a convenient, efficient, and painless process.

Top notch install on my Nextbase dash cam and hardwire kit, couldn't be happier. Worked with me to find the best place to mount the camera, very friendly/knowledgeable, & did a great job explaining the functionality when completed. Just make sure to remember to ask for the box and any accessories that may have come with your installed item, just in case you need them later. I think mine came with a download cable, 12v portable plug, & microSD card adapter that I originally forgot and had to go back to get them.

Best Buy Techs do not commit to long term employment and do not learn all products. Most are just getting the experience to take it elsewhere. Tech turnover is crazy at Best buy. You go there today and in a few weeks you expect to see Joe and Tom replaced Joe cause he left already. I experienced knowing a little more than the Techs themselves. But they learn to figure it out if it's a Best Buy purchase

I'm so sorry I can not remember the installers name, I apologize. That being said he did an outstand job and did it fast. I walked around the store and before I knew it they were paging me that my truck was ready. He also set up recording rules and gave me a brief explanation of how to use it. This was an excellent job by him and I've already told people about him.

I wanted my dashcam installed so there wouldn't be any wires showing or the screen a distraction and that's exactly what I got. The front dashcam is in front of the rearview mirror and it took me a minute to see the rear camera. My installer was friendly, helpful, personable and finished the install in less time than was quoted. It looks like the cameras came with my car!
