    It Was A Minor Miracle The Monitor Wasn't Broken

    First off this review has one star because when I called Geek Squad to try to get a 2-year protection plan for the monitor I bought (To be on the safe side, in the last three years I bought a Hybrid Laptop where part of the touch screen failed around October 12, 2021, and a Lenovo-Idea Centre 510A Desktop-Intel Core i5-8GB Memory-1TB where the headphone port failed around January 14, 2021. Both were bought from Best Buy, and I hadn't purchased a protection plan.) I spent over 30 minutes being passed around to different people and this was after I couldn't add a protection plan online. After being transferred more than a handful of times (One of which I was told I wouldn't have to explain the situation, AGAIN, I still had to.), I was given yet another direct line to someone which didn't work. Resolved I accepted one of the options. This person wanted to transfer me to yet ANOTHER person. I finally gave up, explaining that I had been on the phone for over 30 minutes and I would just give up. This just doesn't make sense I was trying to give more money to the company, I shouldn't have been treated like this. The second issue was that it was poorly packed although I received my package early. The packing bubble wrap wasn't even INFLATED and we had difficulty getting the monitor out of the box. It was a minor miracle that the monitor wasn't broken. At least it seems to not be broken as of day 1. Apart from these two issues the monitor seems to work just fine, although I had to make it less bright, it's in the 40% settings.

    Monitor did not always work

    Had issues with the power and HDMI connection to this monitor. Sometimes the monitor would not turn on or I could not get a connection to the computer. I believe that poor build quality might have been the problem.

    I have two of these monitors that im using for work, the size is great for my dual screen setup.
