My only regret is that I didn't buy 2 more.

Deal price was like $99 and the refurbished came up at $94 so I ordered 2. Been using while teleworking the last few weeks and happy. Picture quality is great and enough screen real estate to view documents and spreadsheets. My only regret is that I did not order 2 more because spouse stole one for her use. Can't find anything close to price. Monitor still have plastic on casing. Looked new still. I guess the only reason why it was returned is that there is no VESA mounting capability.

When I received it, it came in a different box, there was hair on it and even long hair I had to pull out of a couple seams. It was also scratched and pretty beat up. I finally hooked it up and it looked okay for 1 day and then kept going off and on. I returned it after that and had no choice but to pay more for a different monitor. I feel like BB Geek Squad failed this time.

I expected better

Base is chipped and has black marks all over it Almost the entire monitor is sticky from tape Screen was not snapped together when received, I thought it was broken With all of these cosmetic defects the monitor should have been priced much lower

Refurbished is the way to go

I bought this to hook up to my laptop as I needed a bigger screen for designing crafts. I buy refurbished from Best Buy whenever I can and have had good luck.

Missing vga cable

I ordered it online so I didn’t had to go to a store in person, why should I go to a location to get my missing cable?
