This laptop worth every cent $ I spent on it! A great price just for been opened box and still great condition, I love it so far! Super fast, beautiful the color silver, thin! Great product!

Poor bestbuy quality chevk by staffs. 1. Ordered 12GB DDR RAM config. Was shipped with random available open box configuration. 2. The system was already logged on by some administrator Toni. Surprised to see best buy selling used products and not open box products. Geek Squad or tech team did not restore to factory settings or inspected the item. 3. The laptop display was very very dirty. Even a refurbished item complies to the cleanliness protocol. All in all, I will hold Best Buy quality team accountable for such major oversights. Unfortunately non techie customer would hardly pay attention to validate laptop specs when the product arrives. I should call this waste of time & effort.

I bought this computer as an open box. And upon receiving it, the touch screen didn’t work. However, returning it was super simple and the workers at Best Buy were very helpful. Even though it didn’t work, it was still a great computer (I got one very similar after exchanging the broken one). It has number pad which makes a huge difference. Most computers don’t, but if you want a computer for college, a numeric pad makes a world of difference. This is a computer that is perfect for college, lightweight, easy to use, and very capable.

This was my second choice, should of been my first! The HP work without any computer popup issues unlike the Dell. Only had it for a few weeks and I know leaning WIndow 10 has a leaning curve after 10 years of using Window 7 or EP. The 2 in 1 was not a feature I was looking for but it is something I'm glad it has along with the touch screen that's a must with the 2 in 1. Battery life seems okay, us it mostly with AC and booting up is super quick along with shut down. I hope I can say the same a year from now, only time will tell.

So I Bought this computer because of the cpu and the RAM that supposedly I was going to be able to expand it to up to 32GB but in the DELL Support websites clearly specified that the maximum RAM is 16 GB Now I am too late to returned it but Best buy should fix that. This is why I am giving this computer 3 star.

Well, I am no tech guru, but this device is working good so far and performing well for my wife’s schooling activities. As we only had the device for about a month, things are performing up to the standards and levels she needed it for. But like with many devices they always start off on the right foot and make you feel your purchase was great, but only time will tell how long it keeps performing fast and with no problems. Hopefully, it keeps up its pace and lasts a lot longer than our last computer purchase; which was an HP that became a piece of crap at or around the 2 year mark.

I bought this computer in a hurry via curbside pickup bc I needed it to telework, which I have never done. Anyway. It is awesome and I love it! Super easy to set up, love the touch screen. I bought a wireless mouse to go with it as well and I really just love the whole set up! It’s made teleworking a breeze!

Pretty stellar laptop for the money BUT I did have a major fan issue that required me to return it to Dell for a fan replacement. Dell was quick about it and it was covered under the manufacturer warranty. No problems since. Its a super quick laptop and turns nicely into a tablet with no glitches. Happy with the purchase after the repair!

This was a good deal on a high-end convertible touchscreen notebook. I quickly learned that there were a few compromises. The glossy screen surface reflects glare extremely well, so I cannot use the machine anywhere outdoors or near a sunlit window. The keyboard feels cheap and is not backlit. The touchpad is so sensitive, even with sensitivity set to low, that the default tap gestures constantly were making me click on things I had not intended: I fixed this by turning off some of the tap gestures in the settings. On the plus side, the touchscreen does seem to work well, and the machine is lightweight. The sound quality from the speakers is pretty good, and volume is decent as laptop speakers go. Best of all is the display quality: Watching a black-and-white movie shows off the great contrast, and looks better than the same movie on my 50-inch plasma TV.

this was a replacement for my PC and love that it is light and easy to carry plus fast and its windows 10. I also got the external drive so I can use dvd and play cd's. I got the expandable usb so i can add additional monitor. it works perfect for my needs

This thing is a power house. I've never had a computer that has been this snappy with performing every day operations. I compared this with a similar Mac, and was just blown away at everything this laptop offers, at such a reasonable price.

Its a relatively good laptop for the value. Running Adobe photoshop Pro and several other web design platforms for real estate. If you can afford it, Microsoft Surface is SIGNIFICANTLY better.

I really needed a laptop and this was reasonable price. It's been two months and everything is still in working order. I able to zoom, write papers, and create content videos.

I purchased this laptop for personal use. The performance is great. Definitely a good buy for personal use. The screen size is also pretty decent.

This laptop is perfect for someone who doesn’t need all the frills of gaming and movies but is more interested functionality, speed and display. Price point is perfect.

Got this to replace daughter's Chromebook for school. Now she has all of the tools (including a mic that works) to stay connected and collaborate properly. The only issue she has brought it is the short battery life when playing games, but they are intensive games that I assume would drain any battery. For schoolwork it works just fine.

I love my dell laptop it works great got it for a great price only thing I don't like is it won't download games I play

I got this after exchanging a Lenovo Yoga that was beautiful but hated wifi. This is really well made. The fit and finish may not be as slick as the Lenovo, but the Dell’s aluminum case is as nice And the keyboard is much better than the Lenovo’s. The Dell is fast, solid, and loves my wifi. It also has better variety of ports. A true pleasure to work with. The tech/agents at BestBuy are the best!

Best Buy continues to lead the pack of retailers that offer quality products for reasonable prices. Best Buy takes it a step further by offering high customer service and care of its customers during this pandemic times. This Dell product is second to none for an awesome price. It is durable, very functional and offers touch screen and back lit feathers that remain very desirable for the desktop or mobile user. I bought 6 of these units to use through the pandemic.

This laptop was a gift for my wife, she says it is very fast and light weight. The lighted keyboard is very benificl.
