It had been 10 years since I had to purchase a computer, so the prospect of making this purchase was stressful. However, I have always been a fan of Dell computers, so I knew that the quality would more than meet my needs. I am not disappointed. First, I love the styling and modern sleekness of the computer itself, which is lightweight, and quite frankly, a beautiful, steel blue color. In terms of capabilities, I can’t ask for anything better. The processing speed is very fast with plenty of capacity to handle multiple windows open with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud apps running simultaneously. I am also pleased with the battery life of this computer. I recommend.

This laptop was definitely worth the buy. I bought it a few weeks ago for college and I am enjoying its multifaceted features. It has plenty of storage and RAM, and the base clock frequency of the CPU is really nice so it's really fast overall. Crisp sound speakers and a superb screen quality. The resolution is underrated. The only drawbacks are the battery and the flexibility into tablet mode. The battery is not bad (9-10 hours for video playback, and up to 8 hours for other processing tasks), but I expected higher screen time for the wattage. Additionally, it is very stiff when folding into tablet mode or tent mode, so it needs support from both hands. Everything else is wonderful. Definitely recommend buying it!

Works excellent. It holds battery for a good amount of time, and charges very fast. Very profficient in schoolwork and gaming.

I’ve been using it for a few moths now and I haven’t had any issues with it but the battery does run out a little faster but it’s understandable due to the softwares I use (Adobe office, Rhino, etc). Something that does bothers me is that it only has one USB port.

I use it every day for work. Can easily transfer from phone to laptop and from laptop to phone or tablet. Love the 2-in-1 feature and needed and appreciate the touchscreen.

I bought this lap top only because I needed it for travel. I bought Dell because in my experience it is a great brand. I much prefer a PC, but this little baby has stepped up and changed my mind! It is fast, reliable, and fun! I am still getting used to my digital on the go, but hey! At my age, that is good, right?!

Very convenient，Folds like a tablet.It's very light, and 14 inches is just the right size. The 17-inch one I bought before felt too heavy for a 2-in-1. I like it very much and recommend it to everyone who wants to buy a 2-in-1.

I’m very fortunate to get a discount on this laptop, as it has very promising specs that allow it to run as quickly as it does when I use it. The touchscreen is also a nice addition.

Good , only problem is large fan makes it loud and king of annoying.

Thisblaptop is good but my issue stems from the backlite, i have had 2 with the same exact issue where there is light bleed through in the top midle of the screen the the left of the camera. Other than that i really like the laptop.
