Such a great monitor I had to buy another! I have 2 of these and would recommend them to everyone

The monitor (purchased in January of 2021) produces a great-looking image when it works. Periodically, when the monitor has been off for a while and is turned back on, the screen will remain almost completely dark. If I attempt to tab through open programs, the darkness level will change slightly from program to program. Turning the monitor off and disconnecting the cables for a few minutes will sometimes correct the problem. The instructions suggest that with the monitor plugged in and the cables disconnected, a diagnostic feature in the monitor will be activated. This feature does not appear until after the monitor is working normally again. I should mention that I do not use any Sleep features on these computers, but I do use screen-saver features. I disabled the monitor’s sleep feature to see if that might make a difference and it did not. Dell’s website stated that if purchased at Best Buy, the monitor would need top be brought back there. As I did not purchase any type of extended warranty service, the Ocala, Florida Geek Squad (who were extremely helpful, by the way) wasn’t able to assist me directly, but they did provide me information for how to get in contact with Dell. I contacted Dell's customer service department via their chat feature. I described the screen darkness issues to the technician; as I use the monitor with both a Mac and a PC and he recommended that a Windows driver and Mac firmware update be downloaded and installed on the appropriate computers. After the firmware and Windows driver were installed, I was still experiencing the same issues. I went as far as changing how the Mac and the PC were hooked up to the monitor to see if that would make any difference, and it did not. I reached back out to tech-support, and informed them that everything has been installed but I was still experiencing the same issues. Tech-support told me that I would need to need to contact Mac support because the monitor was working properly. I’m not exactly sure how they came to that conclusion but the Dell monitor continues to not work properly. I’m pretty sure that the issue is with the Dell monitor itself; I have an older LG monitor which was going to be replaced by the Dell. On a few occasions when this has occurred, I’ve immediately disconnected everything from the the Dell monitor and hooked it up to my old LG monitor. The LG monitor works fine… no irregularities with the picture.

U2720QM works very well as my expectation. 4K or 5K monitor is all you need at least in 2021.

Great monitor for 2018 Mac Mini. Everything is clear and crisp with hdmi or usb-c cable.

This is an incredible monitor. The resolution is perfect and the brightness wonderful. It is one of the few 27in monitors that supports 90w of power over USB-C which charges my 16in MacBook Pro without fail. There are two USB-A ports on the back, one USB-A and one USB-C on the side. This makes the monitor a hub as well. Highly recommended for a home office.

I could not find anything for premium and better than this. The name it’s self is a big this Dell . Love this model. It’s supports so many device at a time . With the options for (HDMI, DVI, USB-C) and having the dell display driver that gives you options for pic in picture mode and also creating shortcuts to switch inputs

Excellent monitors. We bought several for the designers in our studio, and the screen and color accuracy are terrific. The stands are very nice and adjust the monitors well for any position. I build quality on them is very good and they look very professional. I wish you could daisy chain them with usb-c cables but that isn’t an option.
