Nothing was wrong with it really, but it just didn't stack up to my 144hz 1ms dell 27 inch.

So far this monitor has been great. I especially like the abilty to create virtual monitors.

I was really debating between this and dual display. For the price you can get 2 4k monitors and I was really confused how 1 monitor was going to allow me to really manage multiple windows. So I went with the dual setup and just noticed that there was a lot of wasted pixels and no increase in satisfaction. I did a ton of research and for work use the text quality is top notch. Since I don't game, MHz was not a consideration. Now that I have this monitor I really see the light. I can have multiple apps up at one time so it's like a dual display without the bezel. Then when I open photoshop I have all of the real estate in the world. It will take you 2 days to get used to the curve and then you will wonder how you lived without it. By far, after 28 years of programming, this is the #1 purchase for productivity gain and #1 purchase for improving my quality of work life. Cannot wait to buy my 2nd one! No cons.. all pros.. and trust me.. buy it at Best Buy because curved monitors break in shipping and returning a broken monitor online could be extremely painful. Love this monitor every second I sit in front of it.

I had purchased this because my 27" died. At first I thought I would not like it, but turned out to love it and would recommend to anyone that wants to have the really nice screen real estate. I am an avid gamer wanted a mixture of both. I understand that there are better monitor on the market, but it was what i could afford at the time. This thing does really well, but only if you have v-sync turned on. If you do not have it turned on, the game stutters really bad making games unplayable. If you are "ok" with playing games at 60hz, and are trying to get the ultra-wide experience on a budget, take a look at this. I found what i was looking for.

I work in development and days analytics and topically always have at least one instance of Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio as well as a host of tabs open in web browsers. I've been using this model's older and smaller sibling for a while now (25") and constantly needed to switch between apps. I also typically have two computers connected (the older model also has the built in KVM switch) so just from a feature perspective, this monitor was a no brainer. Since installing, it has been absolutely amazing. Using a software solution to split the screen into two virtual monitors it allows me to easily have a multiple monitor configuration without the hassle of the extra wires and annoyance of the bezels.

Stunning! You will not find a better monitor in its class. I rarely buy a new monitor. Before purchasing I did my diligent research. This monitor is simply stunning. Yes, you get immersed in movies and games, but the best is the space I have when coding. Simply a game changer.

I upgraded from two Dell UltraSharp 24" displays, to one of these. Now I wish I had done it a long time ago. Games, video, productivity, so far all better and more enjoyable with this monitor. Construction is solid and minimal. A real professional monitor with a beautiful picture out of the box. I've always been a fan of Dell high end monitors. It's still new, though, so hopefully it stands the test of time. Best Buy will match Amazon prices.
