I love,love,love,this vacuum! Wanted on for years and regret all the less expensive vacuums I purchased the last five years totalling more than what I paid for this Dyson. This guy sucks everything in its path up including hairballs ground and stuck in the carpet in 2 passes or less. Couldn't be happier plus it looks really cool.

Dyson is the best. This replaced another Dyson that was about 12 years old. The new one is flimsier and I question its long term durability. It is a 5 star review as far as performance.

Dyson-Ball Allergy Vacuum arrived in a well-packed carton. It took some effort to assemble parts, but it was clear marked. The suction is excellent and noise medium, comparing to other vacuums we had. (Hoover-wind tunnel). We are very harpy with this purchase.

Excellent vacuum for carpet or floors . Dyson is just the best !! This new vacuum has so much power and lots of attachments for any need in a house, live it , I would never buy another brand , they are pricey but you get what you pay for .

Great at suction and cleaning. Does not like to click back into stand position very easy, and the hose for attachments compresses when you have machine on due to suction and does not make it very easy to use. It’s going to take a lot of practice

LOVE this vacuum! Our old DC65 gave up after 10 years so in keeping with our love affair with Dyson (have 4 others), we bought a Ball 3 which is their current model. Promptly returned it, as of course, it has been redesigned with a new head with manual suction controls. Our house is all non carpet flooring and we have several plush low nap area rugs. The 3 is possible to use on them. I’m a pretty able bodied guy and could barely push it depending on the grain direction. My 98 lb wife could not use it at all. Then I saw this at Best Buy and it has the old self adjusting head. Ordered it and it works perfectly just like the old 65. If that’s an issue for any of you, buy this while you can because it must be old new stock. It’s no longer on the Dyson website but still carries the warranty. Happy shopping!

Amazing suction - we have a yellow lab who sheds like crazy - love that this vacuum can go from bare floor to rug to thick carpet without missing a beat. Does require a bit more arm strength than my prior lightweight vacuum but totally worth the bicep workout.

Best vacuum I have ever purchased. With the price and has great suction. Also gets close to edges and in corners.

I love it for carpet only. It’s not that good on floors, like it doesn’t suck up wrappers or things that other vacuums would typically pick up. However, on the carpet, it’s amazing. My allergies haven’t been bad since vacuuming with this vacuum. You would be surprised when you vacuum and see everything that it picks up.

Good vacuum but the wheel started squeaking very early in it life.

This is the best upright vacuum I have ever owned. It cleans extremely well. It came with all of the most useful tools. It is easy to empty, easy to clean and stores in a closet.

Love it. Easy to empty container and cord is just right for the length it is. It is also nice to have the extra attachments when needed.

The vaccum is very powerful so I don’t mind that it can be slightly heavy to manuever. The parts of the vaccum do feel a bit “plasticy” for the price but overall I am happy to use it.

This Vacuum sucks in a good way. We have tile floors and our old vacuums seemed to miss/leave things behind, but this thing does great. It is a heavier beast, but if you want clean, its the right guy for the job.

Been needing a good floor vacuum for a year. Love the Dyson Ball Upright. Cleans excellent and has great attachments for all needs

We had a Dyson 7+ years and it finally broke down (more due to us than problems with the vacuum). Then got a Bissel and HATED IT. Couldn’t use it on the tile, half of our house is tile, it just kicked everything out behind it and balled up the dog hair on the carpet-even though it was for pet hair. So I had enough. Back to the Dyson! It happened to be a little on sale and we didn’t even care, we would have paid full price bc vacuuming is worth it again! The carpets look refreshed and it gets the stuff off the tile too! Only “complaint” would be that I wish this one was purple instead of blue

Workd really well and is cleaning my carpet and raising the pile. It does not feel a durable as my old dyson only time will tell about that.

My last Dyson lasted for 10 years. The hose on it split and since I was moving at the time, I really didn’t have the time to find and wait to replace it. I seen this one was on sale so I grabbed it. It works just as great as the old one. I like that it came with extra attachments. A storage bag would’ve been nice though. Overall I love Dyson and I highly recommend especially if you have pets.

Just finished using the new vacuum. Wow, it does have good suction power! Used the attachment, hair removal tool, on the stairs. Picked up a lot of stuff missed by a previous vacuuming with another machine. Love the attachments. Used the vacuum to clean mattress and pillows to get rid of dust and dust mites.
