It leaves the rug/carpet feeling clan and fluffy. It really cleans deep in the threads and not just the surface.

I am completely satisfied with the vacuum,

It really sucks!!

It found dirt that I didn't realize was there. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. It's not a negative so I'm not taking off any stars, but it comes with a a ton of attachments and there's no place on the vacuum for them. Because they're out of sight, they may not get much use.

Cons: Grand Forks ND Best Buy didn't have anything similar to try. So, I went with high-end price believing I'd get quality. Bad call! Extremely difficult manipulating, strains body trying to navigate properly--impossible. I regret purchasing this vacuum. It seemed that at top-of-the-line price, I'd get what I'd paid for--no. So much hard plastic bound to create breakage problems,

Fabulous machine

From baseboards to my ceiling fans and, of course, the floors. I have hardwood floors. This machine cut my time to clean way down. Suction is powerful, easy to empty. I love it so much that I bought one as a Christmas gift for my bestie! (She’s going to love it, too!)

Works good!

Everything is cheap plastic and the hose doesn’t connect to the wand. The quality has gone down for the price of them. It does work good and the suction is still good.
