Installation instructions are easy to follow. Looks great and was very easy to set up to use either through the app or through apples HomeKit. I recommend the room sensors!

Replaced a broken Nest with the Ecobee 3 Lite seems easier to use and enough options for me I did not like the Nest scheduling so it will not be mist seems like a quality unit with just the right amount of features Homekit is a huge plus.

Easy to install and easy to operate. The instructions were straightforward and very helpful. The device works as described. I plan to add sensors at a later date so this became the best option at the lowest cost.

bought this thermostat after trying and failing to get a Honeywell model to connect to my WiFi with zero success. This one had no issues, though I did have to switch to WPA2 from WPA that my router was set to. The support team I chatted with was great and got me back on track quickly and politely. Kudos that good help can still be found.

So far this is working great. A solid addition to Apple Home Kit. I had it installed by a HVAC professional due to age of our system, but easy to program.

Is the best way to change the old thermostat to the new. The app is super Easy to use and never come back to change the temperature, all I doing is use my phone. I am very happy with this purchased.

This is an excellent product. Company stands behind purchase I purchased this and went to install and the faceplate had a crack. Called Company and within 3 days had a whole new product sent to me. I just requested a face plate, but they sent me a whole new system. I’m a 60ish female with limited knowledge on installation of such things, but with carefully following directions and using appropriate wire tabs; I installed myself. Took me less than 45 minutes.

Great Smart Thermostat. Returned another brand because it wasn’t HomeKit enabled. Looks good on my wall and very easy to operate. Will add sensor soon.

If you don't have a C wire and want power instead of using batteries like the nest I recommend this one. It took 40 mins to install the thermostat and pek wiring so I can have constant power. Easy Wi-Fi connection and even easy Alexa hook up. Works great and almost instant with Alexa and phone app.

A nice look, easy to use, ecobee has a live tech support or will respond quickly. Just make sure your AC/Heat units wiring is compatible.

Easy to install and use. Best feature is the phone app which allows you to set a schedule for various times of the day and week. Can also raise or lower the temp by using Alexa commands.

Main reason why I bought this was because it works with Apple HomeKit. The app is not as friendly or useful as the nest app. The design of the device is elegant and easy to use.

Love the game ease of use and auto temp control. I have noticed our upstairs space not as warm in the summer as the temp is regulated better. However, it is important to purchase the extra little white sensor stands.

I bit the bullet on getting one of these since ComEd was proving a $50 rebate for the purchase. I installed it myself, which I would never have imagined I could do! I did need to call customer service for a little help because once I fired it up I must have wired one of the cables incorrectly since I was not getting any AC. They walked me through it no problem and now whenever it gets too hot in the middle of the night I use the app on my phone to turn it down as apposed to me getting up and manually adjusting the thermostat. Would highly recommend everyone gets one of these!!

Good HVAC control UI is l little confusing with similar settings in different places. No way to preset multiple home tstats to same defaults so if you have more than one unit you must set all controls separately on each unit. This is 10+ settings to manually duplicate. Supports multiple (up to 16) units per "house" but not in a user-friendly way. Would be great for single unit replacement. Easy to control from cell phone but must login every time as it will not remember password. Needs work on user interface aspects. Good workable unit except hard to change settings at unit with touch control on a round face with 68 to 78 being so close and no way to just use an up or down button

Only have had this for a month and its easy to set up and work. Very user friendly! Its saved us on energy as well!

I have two of these, upstairs and downstairs. Easy to install, great itegration with Alexa and Smartthings. Lots of options, remote access, rock solid. Great company support.
