It is easy to use and the app makes it easy to adjust when we are home or away. We like it so much, we bought another one for our upstairs unit.

It was easy to install myself. I like the led screen and that you can use the app from anywhere to adjust temp. Haven't seen how much it's going to save me yet in bills but so far so good.

Installing this was very easy to do. The piece of mind that I can control the temperature when away from home and not worry about the electric bill was very nice

No turning back to a regular thermostat. Ecobee has great settings to save on your monthly bill. Was easy to install and works well.

Love that I can control my thermostat from my phone! Ecobee works great and allows for automatic abs scheduled heat/AC temperatures. I’ve seen a change in my electricity bill so far. Highly recommend

Had it installed by a friend. It has performed with no problems. I like being able to set to auto to switch between A/C and heat when we have cold nights and warm days.

I bought this to use with HomeKit. It works great and you can get temperature sensors to go with it so it can be very accurate. Screen is easy to read and the device is easy to use.

Very easy to install. They give you the device needed to get it installed even if you don't have the C wire. Had it installed and working in roughly 25 minutes. Very nice unit.

I purchased this smart thermostat to replace my Lyric (Honeywell) thermostat that "died" after 7 years. I love the sleek look/profile and the app is great for controlling the system anytime, especially when we are going out of town. I did it a bit difficult to set up the app in terms of understanding the temperature ranges and how to change from my daily setting to "away" setting without having to reconfigure the entire week schedule. Overall, though, I like the ecobee and will likely purchase another one for my other thermostat once it "dies".

I purchased my second Ecobee for my downstairs. I feel pretty confident in being able to install them. When I installed my Ecobee it did not power on. I Called tech support and they walked me through a few thins at my unit and asked me to send a couple pictures. It turned out that my C wire was not attached inside my air handler. Ecobee could have just told me to get a professional to install it. Instead they walked me through.

I installed 3 thermostats (one for each zone). It was simple to add them to my network and now I can easily monitor and adjust the temperature of my home remotely.

So easy to adjust the temp, I was able to install it myself. Energy Saver!!
