Extremely painless installation to replace an old manual control. The instructions regarding the C wire replacement kit were very easy to follow. Really enjoy scheduling the temperature based on specific sensors placed around the house. And the online tools provide some good historical data.

I purchased this smart thermostat as a gift for our household to save $ over the next year. It was SUPER easy to install with online and in print step by step instructions. It only took me 30 min to do this. The setup was very easy also. This product was less expensive than the Nest which I also looked at and other reviews said it was more reliable. I believe them.

The EcoBee was so easy to use. I replaced my old Vivint Thermostat so the wiring was already set up for me. The app gives install directions that were easy to follow. Once it was set up, I was able to customize the temperature based on the times I want it colder. Haven’t gotten my first bill yet so not sure if it will make a different. But for comfort, I definitely recommend.

Easy to install and great to use - I bought one, then two more.

Love our Ecobee. We now have six of them. We've had many other thermostats, some costing a lot more. Price was reasonable. Easy to install and the app is easy to use. Control from your phone is as simple as from the unit itself. Tech support is excellent. They go out of their way to make it easy. Highly recommended.

Best smart thermostat i have ever had!! Easy to install

The ecobee3 lite 2.0 was easy to install and compatible with the 1 stage heating and air conditioner of my 14-year-old home. No additional wiring was needed. The initial setup was easy with step-by-step questions after powering on the thermostat. Looks good and stylish mounted on the wall. Four remote sensors were purchased along with the thermostat since we live in a two-story house and the thermostat is in the upstairs hallway. I wanted to have more even temperatures within the rooms and this thermostat can do that. With the ability to control the thermostat and it's settings from my smartphone, and able to do that even when I am away from home is a plus.

I picked mine up on a price match from another site, and was very happy about it. No problems from Best Buy with match. The instructions are set up, yet conclusive. I did have to call support about a question, they picked up immediately and we're very helpful. The unit is small, even smaller than I expected. Design is nice. Interface attractive and simple. Really, one of only two thermostats that you should consider.

the step-by-step instructions and installation guide made it very easy to install... especially as I had a slightly older system which required the alternate wiring. Works great.

Great set of features on the unit itself, which is equally paired with the ease of use on the app... Install can be a challenge, depending on the age of your current system and how it was installed. That being said, their support is outstanding and is what really makes the product superb all around.

Looks good and appears easy to use. Nice appearance for new house.

Great product. Only issue was a wiring step required for the connected unit was left out of the instructions so we had to have an electrician look at. Thermostat works great now.

Love this thermostat!!! My wife and I having the ability to remotely control it. Also, being able to have the temperatures set for certain times is a huge plus. Please be sure to check with your respective energy company to see if any rebates are available for a smart thermostat.
