The ECO thermostat locked up during setup so I had to reboot it and enter setup on the app to complete settings, but it’s been working flawlessly for about 6 weeks. I like the online reports to track HVAC usage. Nice user friendly app.

I had an older version of Ecobee that I upgraded to Ecobee3 Lite. Installation was pretty straightforward. I followed the included installation guide and user manual. Strongly recommend getting room sensors so that hot/cold spots in the home can be identified. Overall very pleased with the product.

The whole idea of a common wire can be confusing if you're installing this yourself. I wanted to get some help from tech support but they will never answer. I waited on the phone for an hour one day and even longer the next. They responded to my email about a week later. I needed the thermostat because I was going away for a month and wanted to control the heat at home. I managed to get it installed and it worked well. No thanks to Ecobee, though.

I had a very easy time installing this thermostat. It comes with an optional bezel which was perfect since I had a spot of ugly old wall paper that needed to be covered. The iOS app works great and the additional sensor sets this thermostat apart from Neat. I highly recommend. This is not a step down from a Nest.

I wanted to upgrade to a wifi connected thermostat, and I have a dual system with one upstairs as well. So I contacted Ecobee for information before I purchased this 2nd item. The installation was easy with the instructions provided. Any homeowner can easily install this without Professional help.

Pretty good product, was easy to set up in an apartment. I went with this thermostat so that I could use it with my apple ecosystem it works very well. Make sure that your setup is compatible with this thermostat before you buy it.

Easy to set up and easy to operate with the unit or with the app. You can monitor and change settings with the apps even you’re away from home. It saved me some a money with the electricity bill.

Very happy with the Ecobee 3 Lite Smart Thermostat. A phone call to Ecobee solved a minor wiring issue I had and it works perfectly. It’s easy to set the schedule for temperature modifications and it can all be done remotely. Love the features.

Great thermostat. Easy to install. Connects well to sensors. Has helped me save money for months. Highly recommend if you plan to use sensors to equal out across various rooms with different temperatures

The nest thermostat ever! This is my first smart thermostat and I love it! Easy to install and the only thing that was hard was connecting the c wire and that’s because my furnace was different but I figured it out and haven’t had any issues

Purchased this to replace my antiquated thermostat so I would not have to constantly change settings between seasons as well as a more uniform temperature within the rooms. I also purchased a remote sensor which I use in the living room which was always the coldest. The remote is the temperature I have set as main thermostat and since then the house temperature is very normalized without the cold spots. Set up was a breeze, both in hooking up the wiring and settings. I now have something I don’t need to keep changing for the seasons I also have it set to work with Apple’s HomeKit to sense when I’m home which will then adjust the temperature from it’s away setting. I also use this with Alexa if I need instant changes.

Very easy to install plus came with a back plate which we did end up using because our old thermostat was wider so the back plate covered the hole. Overal, it’s working good and everything no complaints yet

I previously had a Nest learning thermostat, which I liked but it did not integrate with HomeKit. So when I moved I sold the nest and got a Ecobee. It was a great move. I love having everything integrated into one system. Works great and more responsive in the app than my nest was.

Works with the HomePod and Home App on my IPhone making life so much easier! Being a busy family who’s never home we can make sure the house is ready for when we are. No more sweating or freezing while we wait for the home to get to our temperature. We can control it remotely!

The past couple of weeks since installing this, the weather's been pretty variable - some days topping out in the 50s and dropping to the 30s, then a high in the 70s and lows in the 60s later in the same week, but my house has been more consistently comfortable than I'd ever experienced before. With the remote temperature and occupancy sensors, most of the over- and under-conditioning problems of the past have become a thing of the past, and I know that if it does get too warm or cool, a quick adjustment on my phone or a few words to Google Assistant can adjust it to a more comfortable place. As far as the install, it was straightforward, and the instructions in the app helped me to install the included Power Extender Kit in my furnace, since my system does not include a C wire (which prevented me from purchasing some other smart thermostats in the past). Overall, my experience with the ecobee3 lite has been great, thus far, and my only regret is that I didn't decide to buy and install one sooner.

I already had an Ecobee 3 for downstairs but my wife wanted to add one upstairs as well. We didn't need the additional features that the Ecobee 3 lite. It doesn't take long to install it and it works great. Looks and controls the exact same way the Ecobee 3 does. Easy to use phone app.

This ecobee3 is the coolest thermostat ever. I like being able to control everything from my phone app. It is also very easy to go to the webpage and set all the schedules for the ac. It also looks very sleek and modern on the wall.
