Pretty easy to install but it was scary cuz I had to take my furnace apart to do it and I’m not handy. Directions and stickers were extremely helpful. I love it. It works. Only gave it four stars instead of five because it was a little difficult to learn the settings from the display.

I’ve had this thermostat for a year and a half now and it’s great. No point in spending $100 more on fancier ones. This is all you need.

This thermostat is a great addition to any smart home. Easy install and even easier to use. Can be controlled via app or Alexa and over time it adjusts to your habits. Homer run purchase!

It's been installed now for 2 weeks and is as advertised. Communications with the app on my cell phone is easy enough, but I was also able to set up voice instructions through my Google home device using the ittt app. Definitely looks better... why is it just four stars? It's just a thermostat lol. I got over excited perhaps in anticipation.

Love the thermostat. Integrated with all my home assistants, has a password feature to keep the kids from changing it. Was very easy to program and has saved me about 10% off my gas bill.

It was easy to install and just as easy to use. I’ve heard horror stories about some of the other big brands out there and so far, so good with this one. Can’t wait to see how much I save on my power bill.

It has worked perfectly for us at home. Last time we were out for the weekend we did not has to worry about not being at home to change the house temp. Overall great.

Ecobee was super easy to setup following the manual provided. There are a few additional steps that are missing from the manual like connecting the "C" wire to your furnace and the "W" wire to the Ecobee unit. It works great

This ecobee wifi thermostat has become a part of my family's every day life! Easy to use, and there when needed remotely!

I recently replaced my central air... everything inside and out. So I decided that with a new AC and having a programmable thermostat for many years I wanted to upgrade my programmable experience. So far I have not been disappointed. I do like that I can control it from my phone but honestly, I wanted something I could set and forget and this does that for me as well. The one thing I like most is that I no longer have to go to the thermostat to manually switch between AC and Heat. I had one issue with the install and set up and that was with daylight savings. I contacted customer service through the web chat feature on the website and it was fixed almost instantly. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

This is the second one that I have purchased and will be purchasing more. I am very happy with the product and the ease of use.

A nice thermostat. You can set it to any temperature cold or hot any time of the day I have 4 settings and I don't touch it ever again

These thermostats are easy to install and offer great convenience. The app connects to them pretty quickly and you can adjust your thermostat from wherever you are. The missing star is because I feel the competing products are better at learning your schedule automatically. That aside, these units are a great addition to any home.

Great Smart thermostat without Alexa/Siri etc listening in. The remote thermostats are great for keeping the temperature comfortable for the rooms that are actually occupied. I bought this for the remote thermostat features. Our house is on a single zone and the thermostat is on the other side of the house. At times the master bedroom would get stuffy at night. With the eco bee and remote thermostats the bedroom thermostat is in the lead at night so the bedroom remains comfortable. I installed it at the end of January 2018 so this Ecobee has been providing outstanding service for almost three years now!

So easy to install and use. I have now bought three for different houses in the family and the installation is easy. Youtube videos are available for those that are hesistant.

Great thermostat. Energy efficient. Can control the temperature of my house from anywhere.

I like the convenience of being able to control my thermostat remotely. I also like the features it provides, namely, different comfort settings and the ability to control how high the heat can go or how low you can set the A/C. The only difficulty I encountered was setting it up without a C wire. It’s not overly complicated to do, it’s just that it adds a few additional steps before you can get your thermostat up and running. I highly recommend this thermostat and would definitely buy again for updates or if I need another thermostat.

Although I had someone else install the thermostat, I like the convenience of being able to control the temperature from my phone.
