Great smart thermostat, great price

But oh well, I've always been a tech guy. This was just another one added to my smart apartment. If you don't have a common wire, this will work with the PEK kit it comes with. There is no worry of "power stealing" for this. The PEK relay box is pretty much full of relays, a call to heat tells the PEK to switch the unit too heat and same for A/C. I steered clear of the Nest thermostat for issues of power stealing. Setup took roughly 45 min if your not dealing with this on a daily basis.

First one was great, so we bought a second one.
