Replaced an Ecobee3 with the lite. There is very little difference between the two now that they've been upgraded to work with the room sensors. We have loved the Ecobee3 and we love the lite just as much.

I absolutely love this thermostat. I am a professional installer and I’ve installed plenty of the nest thermostats in the Honeywell and the ecobee and I really love this one the most. It is very easy to use and intuitive. I also love the connectivity with Alexa

Love it! It is saving me money already! Love that it connects to XFINITY Home system. Was worried about it controlling my HeatPump - but works even smarter than the original.

i swapped out a honeywell thermostat for this one because I wanted one that worked with apple homekit. lots of good data and it works great

Product works well but you need to buy the sensors for best performance.

I cannot say enough great things about ecobee. These thermostats have made our lives so much easier. It’s great because you can control them through Wi-Fi and some of them even have Alexa Belton.

Great smart thermostat with ease of installation and use

After hooking this thermostat up our gas bill cut in half and this was during the summer when the a/c was on. It’s very nice to be able to regulate the temperature on my smartphone and set vacation settings to save energy when not at home

Bought two of these to replace our current thermostats. Did the change out myself. Had to call customer support on one of them and the fixed my problem right away.

Good product. We have a 2 wire heater only system. Had a Honeywell smart thermostat (square black one) and it broke within a year. HomeKit works well with this, did not with the Honeywell product. For a heater only this is all you need!

Nice thermostat. Really like it paired with the room sensors to help stabilize the heat based on occupied rooms. We went with the Lite as we did not need any more devices with Alexa built in.

I was so frustrated with our old thermostat which could be preset but hard to do so. The ecobee lite is so user friendly, it's fun to set up. From your phone at any time. Absolutely love this purchase with rebates from both gas and electric companies.

I like to product but I lov tee Ecobee 4 better. I can’t figure out how to get this one to connect to my Alexa the 4 I have for the main unit in my home works great but I have 2 of the Ecobee 3 lites and I can’t get them to work with Alexa. This is my only complaint other wise they work great with the app just like the ecobee 4.

2nd one as the first one died after a storm along with a AC circuit board. Eligible for 110 back from City of austin via two rebates. Smart thermostats are the way to go....so you can set it to increase the temp a bit when no one is home austomatically via other smart apps like life360 and IFFFT.

Purchased for my grandmas house so that I can change her house temperature from anywhere instead of driving 30 minutes. Super convenient!

I'd definitely recommend this thermostat, especially for anyone with an older unit. It includes an adapter to allow use without previously having a "c" wire, a common issue with other smart thermostats. It's very responsive and overall a great buy.

We traded a different thermostat for this one due to lack of customer service and issue with installation with the previous one. I am glad we did. The installation was so much easier on the Ecobee and the software is much more user friendly.

Great and responsive customer service making the installation as smooth as possible. Great featured product. The thermostat preferences could use a bit more options lite time to set the setting to away if it doesn't detect any one.

We already have one of these. This was a second for another heating zone. I like most of the features. I have two main complaints... 1. The app currently doesn't work on all IOS devices. It is a known bug. And because I needed the app to set it up it was complicated. Fortunately I was able to get another IOS device to do it. 2. The Home IQ feature shows you information on your house efficiency. I've been insulating the home more so I wanted to use it as a reference. Interpreting the information is not always straightforward. I wish it was more intuitive. I had another issue that my first unit loses connection to the wifi somewhat frequently. This one hasn't done it yet and the old one hasn't done it in a while. So maybe they pushed an update for that.
