We already have one of these. This was a second for another heating zone. I like most of the features. I have two main complaints... 1. The app currently doesn't work on all IOS devices. It is a known bug. And because I needed the app to set it up it was complicated. Fortunately I was able to get another IOS device to do it. 2. The Home IQ feature shows you information on your house efficiency. I've been insulating the home more so I wanted to use it as a reference. Interpreting the information is not always straightforward. I wish it was more intuitive. I had another issue that my first unit loses connection to the wifi somewhat frequently. This one hasn't done it yet and the old one hasn't done it in a while. So maybe they pushed an update for that.

Purchased for my grandmas house so that I can change her house temperature from anywhere instead of driving 30 minutes. Super convenient!

It has nice looks in the works fine with an apple HomeKit

Much better then the nest I had at our old house. I just purchased a second one for the basement that is on a different zone. It works with HomeKit as well which is really nice

This is by far the best thermostat I have tried. (3 this year) the app has smooth operating features. The wall thermostat is easily controllable. The ECOBEE is a well made device.

I did a lot a research when purchasing a Smart thermostat for my new home. My research concluded that the ecobee would be better than the Nest. My HVAC Technician recommended the same. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Works well through the app. Install was no biggie. Wish the screen was a little easier to navigate but no one wants a giant screen thermostat so it is what it is.

Great unit. I love it. Works great, it sometimes has to recalibrate which can seem weird when not expecting cause the unit does not respond. App is ok but I have had to reauthemticate multiple times which is not optimal. App should remember who I am. Overall great unit but wouldn’t give it 5 starts as it still has some bugs to works out.

Great smart thermostat with ease of installation and use

This is my third ecobee, I love them. I got this because I don’t need the Alexa built in and have other sensors. The program is great and it has saved a good amount of money. I have never used a nest, but don’t see the need.

I like it so far. I had a nest for years but am slowly waning off of google and it’s products. This works with apple homekit and I rarely have to mess with it. Set my schedule and go

Replaced my Nest system with this. I have Apple devices at home and Google is not as Apple friendly. It was an easy install and I actually like the interface better than Nest!

This is one of my favorite thermostats. It's even better that it's HomeKit compatible. Unfortunately you have to have a C wire to use it, but other than that the interface and app are very easy to use

This product has saved me about 15 percent of my electric bill. Fantastic product. I have them in all of my homes , you can control it right from your cell phone

Great little system that allows for a lot of flexibility and control even when you’re not home. Easy install, and I’m just a mom, no electrical experience here. :)

Perfect for a modern room. Has nice features and looks good.

Really nice thermostat. Saving a couple dollars a month. Could have been easier to install, but my house is 30 years old so wires aren't up to date.

This has certainly helped to reduce my monthly bill. works great with ecobee sensors to remove the cold/hot spots. Setting routine is also easy to save monthly on heating cost.

Bought as a gift for my dads he has 2 heating systems in their house. This will be a challenge but the Best Buy guy said I could use the 2 thermostats and sync as 1 or use independently! Can’t wait!
