Excellent smart thermostat , one the best you can get on the market in my opinion. Quality of the software and hardware seem to be top notch.

I had to actually call for assistance due to confusion on my part. They got me in the right direction, then walked me through the rest. Could not be happier with this system.

I did some research and made the decision to purchase the ecobee lite, I had a few issues with the settings but customer service was great helping me out, no problems since.

Very good thermostat. Bought a Honeywell previous to this and it was very glitchy so I returned it. I have had no issues with this one.

It does the job for me. I can easily program it to control the temperature depending on my schedule but also allows me to override the programming if I happen to be at home during the day.

Was very excited to use this, but ended up returning it because it would eliminate some of the functionality of our HVAC. It is technically compatible but doesn’t support advanced functions

Love my ecobee. Paired with Alexa. We’re pretty lazy, so not having to leave the couch to turn the air up or down for comfort is AMAZING. Plus it’s save some money on my electric

Eco bee makes the best smart thermostats! Very user friendly interface. Not a fan of nest thermostats because it’s too smart for its own good

I love my Ecobee thermostat. It's easy to control and works well with Amazon Alexa. Just make sure that it is compatible with your heating and air system; they also have good tech support.

I love my ecobee, but programming isn't easy at first. After you get it figured out, it's fine. I do have a problem with a sensor going off then back online every few days. I would buy it again.

Got this on sale with a free echo for for Cyber week in addition to SDGE rebate. Would’ve bout the Ecobee 4 but couldn’t beat the price now that sensors are supported with the 3

after receiving text that a service was due. When calling their number to question this on several still unable to get a response. No problems with the product but unable to contact when needed.

This is best buy I made yet and the customer service thank you zenetia for your recommendation I'm saving money and saving energy thank you again I recommending this to everyone I know

This works great, saves me money on power bill, I just wish I could control what time exactly to change temperature daily to line up with the 3 pm - 8 pm time where energy prices are higher.

This is the beat thermostat in the market has Alexa and so smart. I also got the sensors and saves me money with the follow me option.

This is a great product with a simple but elegant interface. Ecobee's interface is straightforward and useful. It synced to the SmartThing hub straight away and has worked ever since.

Installed and working as advertised. Great energy-saving investment. Qualifies for rebates from both electricity supplier and natural gas supplier.

I had an electrician set this up since I was going from a manual thermostat and I have heat and AC. Do not use Best Buy service They are clueless

Absolutely love this!!! Never would have imagined that I can control heating & cooling my home just by “speaking” not to mention using a phone or a watch!!!

Great customer service. Fairly easy to install. Since purchasing, I have been a part of a test for future enhancements so I know they are working to make this product better.
